Be a member of Amway Malaysia and you will be welcomed to a beautiful building in PJ. A well managed building. More systematic and strict with the new normal practice now. The cashiers are very efficient. Always trying to their level best to reduce the length of the queue.. Most importantly there are no doubts about the quality of the Amway products. LOVE THEM A LOT.
But please please improve your open car park condition..its like going through an obstacle course. I pity my car.

Bad service. First of all, your promoter or worker says that there's lots of spare parts for this certain product but when I waited for a couple of hours and ask for the products again, those supercillious workers tend to avoid me and never even bother about what I'm saying. Second of all , I paid RM50 FOR A YEAR'S MEMBERSHIP and they only gave me half a year's membership. I don't think I'll remain as a member after this membership expires .

Amway Hq's Phyto Cafe is opened today... Thok I was lucky that can hv a booster juice in hot day... However, I waited from 2.30pm til 3.38pm then I finally hv my drink.. ALAMAK! Hv to wait 1 hour for a power drink.. I rather go downstairs cafe..

I thought that Amway HQ outlet should have placed some quality/trained employee, but I was really disappointed on the services & explanation of the membership of Amway. Bad attitudes staffs at the first 2 counters. Those staffs have really AFFECT your SALE!! i dont think i will repurchase your product anymore!

Same thing...nobody answer to the phone. I sent a pressure cooker for repair, it took 7 weeks to respond. I made payment for the repair n i wish to check on the status...no respond.

Have had a ridiculous experience at Amway Wangsa Maju. I am flabbergasted that approaching a member to buy as her customer is forbidden. I used to be a member but not anymore. Because I find it doesn t make sense to pay RM60 to buy 1 amway product a year. It would mean that I will pay a whole lot more than a customer for being a member of Amway. What is so wrong to approach a member to buy? I will just be this member s customer. Sorry this is not the way to run a business and that actually put me further off on continuing to be a member. Goodbye Amway, forever!
