super slow service at collection counter. no chair...

super slow service at collection counter. no chair or place to wait during rmco period. forced to stand beside queue line, and waited for more than 50minutes just to collect 1 small item with just few customers around. i believe my item already prepared and placed at store behind, but no staff to pass it to me. (other later customers already collected their stuff.. T.T)
