Amsterdam's congress centre is close to the city center, this makes it very accessible, for the rest it is the usual congress center which comes with all the facilities such a place has to offer nowadays.

Nice place for trade shows, events and concerts! Rich history but also somewhat dated in terms of sound and decoration! Well accessible and spacious in terms of dimensions! Great hospitality too! The concert hall is very pleasant in size and design

Good

P&R parking in the weekend for 1 in combination with use of public transport to the center. But note that it is for max. 24 hours at this location. You pay the daily price of 25 for all minutes and hours thereafter

My first ever visit to RAI, and my colleague had a medical issue. The staff were prompt and professional, and made the situation as pleasant as could be. The only downside to my 3 day visit was the food - overpriced and poor quality. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Very good deals for commuters in terms of day ticket if you buy tickets and meet the conditions.
Disadvantage: the system with the license plate recognition seems to be slightly vulnerable. Didn't work for us - maybe problems with number plates that are not Dutch?

Rai is big and everything happens. I always cycle past it. What always surprised me is that Rai station, where many people travel via (train and metro) when they go to the Rai, but has one ticket machine for the metro. So sometimes very long lines. But it is being renovated now so who knows?

Very large convention centre. Metro was easy to access, the Overground train station to the airport was 10min walk. Found it difficult to find facilities - seemed there wasn't enough. Usual overpriced food and drinks. Wouldn't go to a conference BECAUSE it was at the RAI, more I'd go to the RAI because of a conference

I went to HISWA, the annual "bone exhibition" in the Netherlands. Now also in addition to the many beautiful ships, sloops and sailing boats. Also many types of accessories, such as solar panels. There was also plenty to do in the outer harbor. There were also other things related to free time, such as travel information, but also electric scooters and folding bicycles. Was very successful.

Cool

Well connected by the public transportation. 20 min from the airport, so easy in and out from Amsterdam. Very good choices of food around the venue. Also a diverse options of hotels. So of the halls have different elevation which means some stairs, which is not ideal. Also the check in lobby is not large enough to cater for large numbers queuing.

Cozy
