I was there during ISE and I had several issues troubling me...
First there was an extra external Hall with the numer 14 and it was only signed as the "Drone area", if one looked for the "14" you were lost. Poor performance for a fair which claims to be "The digital signage summit"
Also it`s quite expensive, parking at a far distance for 18 and considerable food for 14,50 comes near daylight robbery

I have been in different events and different buildings. It always was perfectly organized. Bathrooms were clean and even cleaned in between the event. Technical support was great, without problems. And WiFi networks were available without a problem.

Easy to reach by public transport. There are several very standard rooms, so it is perfect for large events. In addition, it is also possible to sell an area outside. Kingsland on King's Day is highly recommended. It is in the middle of Amsterdam so you are in the city center.

I had to be here in the auditorium on November 25, 2017. Unpleasantly surprised at security that own drinks and food were not allowed. Specially looked up, but this was not indicated anywhere at the time. Problematic for people with special diet. In addition, I always like to have a bottle of water with me if I have to go away all day, also for medication. Inadequate. Never received a response to my email about this. During the break huge queues at the scarce available food stalls and then also little choice, pricey and not tasty. Disappointing.
Good parking spaces (you have to pay a lot for that), also for large vehicles and easy to drive with Google maps.

First off this convention center is massive. Without a detailed map you will get lost, like I did during the ISE 2018. Even though I was only there for the ISE convention I can still confidentially say that the facilities (eg bathrooms, help desks, point of interests, floor plan, etc.), were always clean and well sorted/spaced. If you ever end up going I am sure you will enjoy it as much as I did!

Amsterdam city exhibition center easily and quickly reached thanks to the beautiful public transport service, too bad that there are no bars or similar to do before 9:00 am, very large and clean rooms even if it needs a lot more buckets for the garbage (forced to turn things in hand before finding one)

Great modern complex.

Great modern complex.
The complex is huge, spacious with high ceilings.
Good catering, no problems with the toilet rooms.
Navigation is not very intuitive and maps too.

huge arena, very modern both externally where it is impossible to notice the illuminated and wide entrance. inside with its large spaces and its main that can accommodate thousands of people for concerts and world events. perfect organization, ample income and secured by the latest generation of devices. impossible to get lost thanks to the signs and what is of fundamental importance that makes the experience formidable is the 4G network that even if occupied by thousands of people, manages to work very well.
The metro is 20 meters from the entrance, the bus stop is 30 meters away.
all designed by brush.
Superb.

I was at the housekeeping / 9 month fair, what I noticed was that if you have to take the elevator because of your handicap you really get lost!
If is so badly indicated where the halls are, inside and outside the elevator.

The Congress centre is realy huge. If you plan one day, sorry you will see just half. It takes two days to visit the stands. The enter fee is approx 25 EUR, if you have some partners who exposes ask them for free enterence. The RAI is well connected by trams, as all the rest of Amsterdam.

Great for park and ride for visiting Amsterdam! The process is complicated at first glance, but it is actually child's play: there is no ticket when you drive in. The labeling is scanned. Park the car, note the parking space and go out following the stairs. Follow the instructions for the P&R ticket machine (it is outside - not in the parking garage). Buy an S-Bahn ticket for each person at the machine. The ticket is valid for one hour - to travel in and out of the city. When entering the train, the card must be held up to a reader. After returning to the parking ticket machine, go to the parking garage. There press the P&R key. Hold up a used S-Bahn ticket. Then the day ticket for parking costs only 1 euro. Three S train tickets cost just 5.80 euros for the return trip. Fantastic for Amsterdam

If you are visiting Amsterdam this is a cheap place to park. Just make sure you take public transport to the city center. If you scan your chip card at P1 and its able to verify that your journey back started from the city centre you only pay 1 euro regardless of how long you were parked for.
