Certainly the service dropped, I had to ask the waiter several things, nothing was coming to my table. Good quality but the service this time left something to be desired for the first time.

The food is excellent, the picanha wonderful, the salad buffet a bit poor, I particularly could not eat almost anything at the buffet because I have intolerance to cheese and do not know why they threw cheese on almost everything, there is a suggestion to leave the cheese apart. It is very crowded, and not always the service of the brigade is fast, did not put the clamp to hold the meat, I had to ask 4 times. The accompaniments that serve on the table also takes a lot.
I ordered fries for my grandson and it came only a long time later he had already had lunch and was up at the playground, a shame wasted on food, because the fries were not ...
Price salty, should price improve the service.

It was better ... I say it because I ve been there for 25 years .. The buffet options have decreased ... The service is taking a long time ... There are other better options due to the price they charge at the carvery.

It was for a good time, for me the best churrascaria in Rio de Janeiro, but both the service and the quality, fell in an inexplicable way, I do not classify it as a top steakhouse, however the price charged is a first steakhouse , but far far away to be. there is much better, for example you just cross the avenue, which on the other side has an excellent

It was much better.

It was much better.
The accompaniments you ask for come the minimum of minimums, discourage asking.
Octopus, cod, Lula and shrimp, only 10% are on the plate.
I asked for octopus which I am used to asking, it came around 30 gr.

The cod is also a sliver of nothing, salmon, sole, 20% of a portion on the plate.
I understand that it is a steakhouse, but if you have the options, why do you have to serve 20% of a portion?

The meats also lacked several cuts, I complained to the waiter in vain.
It's really, really bad. I believe that the crisis affected the quality, BUT not the prices charged. Unfortunate!!

Perfect!

The restaurant was empty and was the worst experience I've had at a steak house. I've been to Rio Brasa dozens of times and on other occasions the experience has been very positive, but this time the variety of meats was limited and the sashimi was dark and hard. On other occasions I had a great experience I didn't really post here, but paying a bill of $ 180 per person leaves no margin for the kind of service I had today !!!
