The delivery people were right on time, and very professional! Great service!

We use AMJ in Montreal, but to my disappointment it was not professional as I expected. First, on the move day of Feb.27, there were only one aged man and a lady showing up for the moving. My husband even needed to help them move boxes from the bedroom downstairs to the front door. Second, they brought no tools for disassembling our bed. My husband drove the lady back for getting tools. It took half over 40 minutes back and forth. Thirdly, the sales people didn't do the follow-up proactively. We got no final estimate on the same day and even the second day. Lastly, they didn't use plastic protector for the mattress as they promised. They only put a shabby blanket on it. It was just a beginning !

Today is already April 16. The worst part is that the company double charged our move. So Next week, we need to resolve another problem!! I can't imagine how careless they are. Only a few days after we talked to the sales manager in Montreal for ending one problem, a new one comes! I will definitely not use them again.

My experience with AMJ was great. The movers were there on time and immediately started to move my stuff in the truck. They were very efficient and the whole process took 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend!

beside overpriced services they are ok, will search for alternatives next time

Used to deliver furniture from a store we purchased from. They were terrific. Delivery guys were so nice and went above and beyond.

The movers came to carry a couch, they hung everything they could on their parssage: lamp, switches and they managed to tear off a radiator. They wanted to repair the latter they had torn off, the screw pierced a water pipe, creating water damage in the duplex ... We had to call the police, the fire department ... to finish, a of the two movers smelled of alcohol! Unfortunately the policeman could not take a breathalyzer because he was not the driver ...

No, but in addition to offering zero service, you are a bunch of incompetents! Claudia Martin is my partner. We did not book as you inflated your prices so as not to make our move. I received from your seller Max Vincent no information regarding the unavailability of December 8. No, we did not move with you for all these reasons. Perhaps you should consult a communications professional as your e-reputation suffers. I am not the only one to say that your company offers a MARDE service. So yes for all these reasons I do not recommend it. Terrible service.

Impeccable service, they arrived on time. everything was packed or disassembled when necessary. They put everything together perfectly. Nothing broken!

Very unhappy. It's been 1 month that I have been wandering from one service to another to recover my container from France. And in addition I am forced to pay the costs in cash. What is this company

The moving company was fantastic. They are a huge company 150 workers (so it took way less time than other moves), he was strict about using floor mats, they treated our stuff with respect and they were on time (even early). We have zero complaints about the service!

Excellent service, all our boxes and items arrived without any damage and in record time.
The team was efficient, helpful and professional.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

Zero zero zero, They called me 2 days before and fix for the 4:30 PM, but on delivery day, they called me at 1:30 we are on the way, the dispatch manager called me, and she said we did not fix the time, she was very rude and unprofessional, I never recommend anybody to work with this company, I got 2 hrs off from my office, and she said we did not fix the time!!!!! Very rude dispatch manager...

Above all, never move with this company!
Their insurance is dishonest. I paid for insurance that they suggested to me what is normal for moving and storing my furniture. As sometimes happens, furniture and objects have been broken.
Their insurance now asks me to pay another $ 250 to open my file when the value of the broken goods with invoice at the end exceeds thousands of dollars.
I m really dissatisfied with their service it s the second time we move with them and each time their insurance doesn t want to reimburse
I have already spoken with supervisors in the company without success. I hope this comment will be useful so that other people do not use their service and are not robbed.

November 2017, twenty-one weeks (one hundred and fifty three days) that my goods were taken from my former residence in Quebec to the south of France and I am still waiting for them! Despite numerous emails requesting information, I am still awaiting a response and during this time I am paying rent and insurance for an apartment that I cannot even occupy. I consider that this lack of communication is a lack of respect and yet, when it came to sending me the invoice with the mention to pay within thirty days, it did not take time. It has now been settled for fourteen weeks and I am still waiting for my goods. And it is the largest moving company in Canada! Well how are the others.

Workers were quick and friendly. Everything arrived on time and in great shape. Would recommend them.

Specialized movers that manage moving like no other! Had a pleasant experience with this mature move management service!

The delivery folks were super efficient. There was clear communication with the company leading up to the delivery date. Would use again!

The covid19 makes all deliveries difficult especially in our residence for confined seniors. The delivery man must have had patience to deliver everything.

Excellent service, the delivery people did a very good job, very courteous. Only negative point, they did not speak French at all.

Great service from Jonathon and Marty Olsen. They were punctual, professional and took excellent care of our belongings.

Mike who managed my delivery was just amazing. The table we ordered from Wayfair was to big for the building elevator and he sent another team the next day to make it possible with the 7 staircases. He did all in his power to make this delivery possible. Amazing service.

Everything went perfectly. The crew was on-time, packaged all our goods with extreme care and delivered everything to us under-budget and ahead of schedule. Nothing was broken or damaged.

Instead of saying they do not want to do the job, they exaggerate the price.

Unable to respect the given time period. Delivery scheduled between 16:30 and 19:30, at 20:20 receive a call to say that there is still at least an hour of delay. Please inspire yourself with Amazon's logistics.

We needed to move to a distant spot early this year. AMJ Montreal gave us an experience worth remembering for years and years to come. It was wonderful, very convenient if should say that. Everything was packed and moved efficiently by these guys. Nothing was damaged in between the entire shifting process. Very nice support and quality service that s worth the cost!

hire amj for a long distance move last month. worst experience ever, they "lost" a box of high value items. do not hire amj campbell.

Delivered the package right on time and let me know in advance when they were about to get to my place. Made sure the package (which was heavy!) was properly placed at my front door.

Comparing all the delivery companies, AMJ is the only one that has a good delivery scheduling system and also a good customer service.

Overall the move was good. Had previously given a five star until I discovered damage , which was frustrating, but they are working with me on insurance coverage... Hopefully this goes well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They damaged our home and the insurance company is not compensating us. Paid more than 220$ per hour. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

What a breeze! This delivery service was so on point! Not only did they call in advance to give me an ETA when they were 30 minutes out, they also gave me a 10 minute warning, and showed up on time! These 2 men brought up a 130 pound desk to our 2nd floor apartment so easily and were very polite, fast, and professional. What a great experience!

Great experience moving from apartment to home. Our salesperson Noel was professional and his estimate was very accurate. The movers Martin, Alex and Thomas were very friendly, careful and efficient. I'll be using their services next time!

We chose May 12, 2017 to move from a house to a condo. Eric came by to assess our needs and we chose packing/unpacking so as to minimize effort on our part. While not the least expensive, AMJ were the most professional. Eric followed up while Kelly called on the 10 to confirm the packers would be by. She followed up with an email which included tips to make things easier.
Packers, Burt and Ronnie, came by on the 11th. Great, affable guys, the job was done by end of morning. May 12 came, the fellows were on time, 8 AM,and the move proceeded smoothly and was done by 4ish.
Eric called couple days later to make sure all was to our satisfaction which, it certainly was. Merci, AMJ

Very happy I chose AMJ for my moving needs. So many places don t have customer service like AMJ does, and that s important to me, they are super friendly, punctual, and very reasonable . I will Definitely then again.

Completely incompetent. Lost the same delivery TWICE in their warehouse. Did not even bother to let me know they wouldn t be coming because of their mistake. Wasted a half a day waiting for them. Unprofessional at best.

I ve used them twice now for furniture deliveries and it was a good experience both times. They were courteous and punctual.

Ricky, the sales rep underestimated for both our moves (from 1 house to 2 addresses). In one case the end bill was $5200 instead of the quoted $1800, (a difference of $3400!). In the other it was $2100 instead of $1300, An $800 difference. We did receive a discount of $400 because we complained. We suspect that AMJ deliberately under estimated their quote in order to ensure they got our business. We had even questioned the amount of time quoted. The sales representative was unresponsive and we had to go to his boss.

I called for an estimate. Plus the work fee of $ 150 + tx per hour for the off-season period. He asked for $ 45 for packing and tape and another $ 45 for insurance, obviously an extra hour to go back and the same time for a min. is paid 30 min. All this arrogantly. I do not recommend

Not a positive experience, had better moves with "2 guys with a truck" type companies. We got an inexperienced team of student movers, without any leadership from an absentee team leader/driver. Ended up paying more than contracted because of a very slow move, despite our entire family helping...

They took care of our residential move a couple of months back. The experience was quite satisfying since everything was handled with a lot of care and attention. It was really a peace of mind for us.
