Amherst Label made high quality waterproof stickers in honor of sweet 11 year Sarah who recently passed away from leukemia. Not only did Amherst Label produce these amazing professional stickers in a timely fashion but they also showed empathy for this delicate, unfortunate situation and personally donated them at no cost to Sarah s fundraising foundation. If I could give Amherst Label more than 5 stars I would. Incredible product, incredible business to work with.

Timing was a concern prior to ordering but the Amherst team was able to get out stickers quicker than expected! Excellent customer service!

Due to covid I was having a last minute wedding. My wife and I fell in love with the idea of having custom wine labels made for favors to give to guests. I reached out to Amherst Label 2 days before the wedding and I was transferred to Nicholas. Nicholas provided me with out of this world customer service and went well above and beyond to help me out. Nicholas provided me with the resources needed to get the labels to me within 24 hours! Nicholas personally dropped off the labels and made my special day that much better. Incredible company with a well-organized team. Typically I find that "necessity companies" like label printers tend to forego focus on customer service, but this couldn't be further from the truth with Amherst Label. At pretty much every turn Nicholas and Andrea have done whatever they've needed to do to make sure we get our labels on time and the print quality is always spectacular. They're very responsive, have great pricing, and are perfectly reliable. I'm so glad we switched to using them.
