Booked an online event here for 3pm, prepaid and got a confirmation. When we got there we were told the reservation time didnt matter and we would still have to wait for a lane. We waited approx 20mins then got a lane. Service at the lane was fine until our servers got switched then the water we asked for never came. An okay spot but we wouldnt return.

First time here and it was for a kids birthday party. The kids had plenty of fun bowling and playing in the arcade. Great environment midday and not so crowded on a Sunday. The food was your typical bowling alley food. They promoted a Sunday end of weekend happy hour for adults. Would love to check it out one day. Parking can fill up quick.

Great for a night out. Long line, so get there early. You pay per game; with shoes and fees, it's about $10 per game, per person. 2 games for 4 people worked out to about $93 for me. The place offers food too.

Attended for a child's 4th birthday. Great hosting, typical party/bar food(s), fun ambiance. There are arcades for added fun, simple games, but enjoyable by kids (kind of pricey, about $1.00 per game)...

Overall, enjoyable..

Good daily specials, friendly staff, and lots of arcade style games make this a great spot for a night out. The facilities are modern and easy to use (scoring computers and such). The prices are very reasonable, but be aware on nights where they are running specials (like Tues $2 games after 8pm) the lanes can get very busy. All in all, top notch lanes.

My family came here Christmas evening to try to enjoy the rest of the day.
It was unlimited bowling so getting a lane would be a wait. We were fine with that. What truly bothered me was the service. All around horrible service.
First off the food area said I had to wait at the bar to get a glass of water for my daughter. From there my wife and I waited to be served. Being that we had to wait anyway my wife ordered a drink as well. The bartender (Astrid T) had an attitude and told her she'd get to her shortly. This never happened. My wife ended up waiting 40 minutes and still didn't receive any service.
I then began noticing that my wife was purposely being ignored and skipped, in order to serve other patrons. We brought this to the bartender's attention and she still took care of the other customers that came after us.
And on top of that the lane that my family finally recieved was broken and out of service. This ruined the day for my family, and wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Its ok

The bartender did not notify us that 530pm there will be a private event. This is unacceptable! We then were going to play bowling and staff said we only had an hour. This is our 1st time here this is very upsetting!!!! The food and drinks were great though. There should have been signs on tje door or the website. The website states they will be open till 2am! What a waste of time and UBER !!!!!

I would not recommend coming to bowlero, it s a complete waste of time. It s impossible to get a lane, as astheticly pleasing as this place is, you can t get a lane. The wait time for the specials is typically hours, and they only allow half the lanes for the specials.

The bowling here has been great each time I have come by. The bartenders have always been delightful! The wait can be a bit long on the weekends but they will call/text you to let you know when your lane is ready. I recommend dropping by Legends bar a block away while you wait.

The place isn't anything out of this world however, they do keep good equipment and kind staff. Today, 4 of my friends had paid for 3 hours and myself and another friend were going to meet the 4 inside Bowlero, however, 3 of the 4 inside had to go home and everything was paid for. After myself and my friend walked in, we were told by the manager that we needed to pay even though it was only 3 people because the other had left. It was $5 per person and technically the place had earned $20 off of us because of the 4 people playing earlier for the 3 hours and we simply wanted to switch 3 people with 2. The place was still making an extra $5 profit but wanted us to pay even more because 2 people entered although 3 people left. This was quite ridiculous but we still paid. Quite the inconvenient experience!

I was only able to bowl for 2 hrs as they were closing but I had a blast. Not only can you bowl but they also have an arcade. It was definetly worth the trip and deserves a second go around.

The lights are always off, which makes everything super cool and some things neon looking. There are also huge screens above the lanes where music videos are shown while the music is planning. Sometimes other things like sports are shown there as well. There is a large selection of food and a lot of arcade games. When you bowl, you can select different themes for the scoreboard, which is really cool. The employees are extremely nice and the manager is even nicer. Unlike most managers, this one is funny and interacts with his customers.

We had an amazing class trip to AMF 34th Avenue Lanes. The service was great, the food was yummy and the atmosphere was so much fun, we all had a blast! My students keep asking me "when can we go back!" I will definitely book this trip again..

I came in at 9:45pm and that is after calling and checking their hours on their website, I ve a screenshot also. It clearly states that it will close at 11pm tonight August 24th. I went in and I was told that it s closing at 10 instead of 11. I came all the way from westbury Long Island. Never coming here again. The manager was so rude and I saw 5 other customers being turned away. If as per the so called manager we are closing because of loss of business well then you lost 9 customers in 5 mins! And why wouldn t you let people know on call!!! Or on the website! So yes!! Obviously the business won t work! Ridiculous! Very unprofessional! NEVER EVER COMING BACK!!!! And making sure none of my friends ever come to this place!

This place is normally great, they actually play good music most of the time and I like that it s dark-ish in there.
During the pandemic there were some people that weren t properly wearing masks which wasn t great. There are small dividers between tables but it s barely much. Just made sure to keep mine on.

Awesome music, vibes, and atmosphere first and foremost. Decent prices, good food, PARKING, and even great service due to very hard working staff that keep a great attitude! My only critique really are the weird rules like a "cake fee" to eat my own cake and maybe not enough staff because the waiter was too busy with food that there wasn't anyone to service the lanes when the ball got stuck or put the rails up for the kids. Anywho my OVERALL review is that I would go again, but know what to expect for certain things I guess. No such thing as perfect but the place is worth it.

Pretty great deal on Tuesdays after 8pm for $2.22 a game. $2 drinks, tacos, and arcade game card. As for the food not so great but overall exp just for bowling and cheap drinks is worth it.

Went on a Monday, had to wait a while for a lane because there were leagues playing. Waiter service was good, food was decent (I had a chicken quesadilla), but arcade games were a rip off ($5 for 2 mins of basketball).

Other than the mix up with our party date they really made up with the service. And if you have been their before it became Bowlero you would understand. Food and drinks are better plus awesome service... it does get really busy on the weekends, can't get mad about that.
