This is a great bowling alley to have some for. I find it better than Bowlmor in times square (both of these are owned by the same company.) Currently, they have a summer pass sale going on which offers 3 games + shoe rental a day for a 1 time $40 fee. For $5 extra, you can get the passport that you can use at other locations (Bowlmor Times Square & Chelsea Piers.) Overal, this alley is really fun with an arcade and deals Sunday-Tuesday. I come here at least 2x every week. One bad thing I'd say is that you have to try to find a server most of the time. Not sure if they're supposed to say hi to you when you come in, because two different servers greeted us at our lane (one at the beginning, and another came at the end.) The food is good here too.

Overall, this is a great bowling alley. If they improved the service of servers, it would be better (maybe hire one more so each would handle 10 lanes?) This place is definitely better than the other alleys I have been to (Jib Lanes, Bowlmor Times Square, Brooklyn Bowl, and The Gutter.)

Came here once and it was nice. The prices aren't listed on their website which is pretty inconvenient. I bought a groupon and then didnt tell me until after I bought it that its valid 24 hours AFTER purchase

Their bowling balls don't have exact weights, just "small medium large or XL". Lights were turned down so we couldn't see the arrows/marks on the lane. Many arcade games were broken, though not labeled as such. Our drinks and food were ok. Some staff was a bit unfriendly or unhelpful. Some tried to be helpful or nice but still fell short on good customer service. Overall just not a nice bowling alley or experience (beside the fact that we waited for 2 hours to get a lane).

I ordered the sampler and the others ordered burgers and the food actually looked the way it's presented on the menu; how odd is that?!! I highly recommend it.

My son wanted bowling party for his 8th birthday so we decided on Bowlero Queens. The booking process was fairly smooth, and we chose the INCREDIBowl package for 15 kids with unlimited bowl for kids, pizza/ chicken fingers and soft drinks. We also added a 3 pizza pies and drink tickets for the 15 parents.

We arrived to Bowlero on the day of the party to find out that our designated space was a 7x7 ft area with a table of 6, adjacent to the lanes we booked. At my request for a larger space, the on site event manager said that we should have requested seating for 15 when we paid our deposit with the event organzier. We had around 30 guests including parents and children, and we were only allotted seating for 6 of our guests!! Eventually the event manager shifted tables around and accomodated my request, and all the kids were able to sit together to eat and sing Happy Birthday to my son.

Once the seating arrangement was sorted out, everyone had a good time kids and parents alike. Food was good and service was attentive and friendly. The arcade area and the gift cards were an added bonus.

It is ok bowling alley in queens. Food is very expensive there and all the games, they are too. It is better to purchase a package or come in during evening time in weekdays for a unlimited games. It is cheaper option. Dont come for your kids birthday party. Not a ideal place as it very small and congested alley. Give it a try as there are only few bowling alleys in Queens.

Great bowling alley, tons of lanes and great weekday specials. Went on a Tuesday and bowled 4 games with my wife, and paid only $30 with the shoe rentals. If you want to partake in the cheaper arcade cards do that at the front desk. The card machine doesn't do it.

Really good deals during the summer Monday s, we went there around 7 o clock and played for a couple of hours. Friendly staff members and good appetizers on the menu. Overall a great way to spend time with family and friends.

Pretty chill bowling alley with games . I gave 3 star since the lanes tend to malfunction quite a bit. Also the men's restroom was outside in Porter potty. If you're not a serious bowler you'll probably enjoy yourself here.

30 odd bowling lanes. Lots of arcade games. It was my first time there and I would happily go back for a game soon. I bowled after a while so the ~$10 per person per game was little too high for me. But if you can afford that, it's a really cool place to spend time with friends and family.

Fun..
