Great theater space. Wonderful snack and drink ass...
Great theater space. Wonderful snack and drink assortment as well.

Wonderful evening with the Lady Legends of Country Music!!!! BEAUTIFUL voices....
My granddaughter and I went to an event here. We had balcony seats which was somewhat scary but the experience was great. Massive beautiful place!
A stunning theater where I was lucky enough to enjoy Pink Floyd's the Wall Rock Ballet.
Comfortable theater seating that gives a great view from anywhere.
Relaxing lounge area for mingling and having a glass of wine or snack.
Finally my friends and I enjoyed looking at the amazing art in the gallery.
I hope to see another show there soon.
Looney Lutherans are always a great performance! Ames is in a great location close to restaurants.
Wow,. Wonderful venue for a great family celebration
Beautiful dance and performance facility. Top Notch
Beautiful little theatre. Saw a live podcast event there. Only complaint is concession stations were ill prepared for an event the size of the one we were at. A little odd since the space is designed to hold that many.
Beautiful facility in the heart of Burnsville. Clean and will organized, ideal for a wide range of performances. Parking was very close and free.
Saw Triple Espresso, great show, a must see, very nice venue
I loved the play when I saw it a couple of years ago for $22.50, but this cost of $56.00 - $102.00 for it is ridiculous so we won't be attending again until that price drops.
Quality food in amounts that aren't stuffing. Really amazing that 'fast' food can also be good food.
If there was less than 1 star that's what I would have given after the experience I had there this past weekend during the Legacy Dance Competition. I sent an email about my experience and I have heard nothing back. Not only was I approach by the same staff member once but on four separate occasions and I was only there for 4 hours!!! The same man continued harassing and it wasn't until I found a security person and asked to speak to a manager that it stopped. Two male parents from our studio stayed with me to make sure this man didn't continue.. Worst Experience Ever!! Poor follow up!!
Nice, clean place. Lots of workers eager to assist in finding where you need to go as per your ticket!
Nice venue. Beautiful courtyard & plenty of parking.
Ask about their pay-what-you-can nights. Cool atmosphere, especially outside when the weather''s nice.
Always excellent products in a pleasant venue. Staff were able to seat us even though our tickets were for the wrong date!
We attended the Rat Pack musical on Sunday, June 10th. The singers were very good but the band was SO loud! My husband took out his hearing aids and I stuffed kleenex in my ears as they were hurting. At the break we talked to others in our row. They, too, were disappointed because of the loudness. One lady wished she had ear plugs.
Very nice place for performing Arts, but seating for wheelchairs is not good at all.
Beautiful building, the theater is amazing, always clean and helpful friendly staff.
Great small theaters. Wonderful shows. Go see a play or a show.
Cute theater! Tickets are a bit pricey but the venue is great
Well designed theater. All seats are good. The seats are steep so no problem with seeing.
The seating was very uncomfortable for senior citizens.
Went to a play at a great little black box theater at the Ames Center.
It's not Orchestra Hall, but it works as a local venue for fine performing arts. Sounds wasn't that great near the sides, so may be pick a spot in the center.
Terrible seating. We attended The Church Basement Ladies play on 12/1. The play was excellent, however the seating consisted of rows of kitchen chairs on a riser. The chairs were thinly padded and absolutely not comfortable for a 2 1/2 hour show. They were placed so close together that we were leaning on each other. I really expected a lot more from the Ames.... Probably won't ever go back.
Before see a concert I went to Thai massage. So it was refreshing energy after a long days. Very good place to hangout and have nice concerts and shows often. We had full day enjoy this area. Will visit again
Louie Anderson on New Year's Eve. Hilarious! Great Venue.
Recently, my mother called looking for information about a show at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center. She said the phone was answered right away. The lady who answered was friendly, cheerful and helpful. She seemed like she enjoyed her job and was happy to help.
And, the next day, my mom received the information she requested in the mail. To say she was impressed would be an understatement. She was thrilled.
Every time my wife and I attend a show or event or bring friends to the the BPAC, we are greeted by friendly staff and volunteers. We always feel welcome there.
This is the kind of service and attitude that fits a beautiful facility like the Burnsville Performing Arts Center. Thanks for providing such great customer service.
Loved the church basement ladies and had great seats.
Great theater! We have never had a bad seat. Our only complaint is the very long wait for a drink at intermission and the wait for the restroom.
Very clean, and always someone right there to help with the door or giving directions
Looney Lutherans was really cute, funny and very well acted. Loved it!
Two documented cases of art censorship. I will never spend a dollar here.
Great venue! Twin city ballet is awesome! If you get a chance to go, I highly recommend it!
Intimate venue without a bad seat in the house. Can't wait to see another show here!
Great venue! I ve been several times and it s easy to park and has great seating!
Very nice place to attend! No outside food or drinks but lines move quickly. Staff seem organized as well making this a nice place to be!
Parking is not easy... venue was nice enough. Vendors very expensive and not impressive!
I enjoyed the Nutcracker very much. Good view for the 'cheap seats'. For a suburb theater I was impressed
Very nice venue. The seats were comfortable and easy to view the numbers. The catering style food for the work event attended was very good. Plenty of parking available her. The main entrance was a very grand entrance and having the choice to go up or stay in the main level makes getting to the seat even easier. I cannot say enough good things about this venue!
Very nicely maintained and good for conferences and events
Ames Center is great! We have our Rotary events there and it always goes great.
If any of the Ames people need insurance Let me know! I'd love to take care of good people like you!
Fantastic venue. Not a bad seat in the place. Great sound. Concessions are limited.
Great place for a show. Not a bad seat in the house.
Y all I was at the Ames Center and I left my hydro flask in the dressing room. I came the next day and it was gone. I asked the Comp but they just rented the place. I then asked the actual ames center staff and they said that they don t do anything till the end of the whole competition. But then how would my hydroflask be gone?
Excellent space for the Objective Measure conference. Convenient facilities, comfortable, and easy to find.
Neat place. Has an art gallery in it so while you wait for the performance you can browse the art. The lobby is pretty small but it includes a full bar and snacks which are relatively reasonably priced for a performance center. The grounds are beautiful and are well decorated. Everything is very bright and very modern. Overall, this place is great!
Came her to watch my daughter to perform with her dance studio and this is now one of my favorite venues.
Easy to get to in the Twin Cities, right off the interstate and easy parking. I didn't buy any snacks or soft drinks, but they had them.
There isn't much to say. They keep it maintained and well kept. It always looks nice inside. Only downside is when there is a large event and there isn't enough space for everyone in the lobby. Parking can be difficult too, especially when its dance recital season.
If you live in Burnsville and don't want to drive anywhere far this is one of the best places nearby
The best venue in Minnesota. Big enough to have a big stage production, small enough to still have an intimate feel. Not a bad seat in the house. Staff is great too! I would not hesitate to see a show at the great Burnsville location. Thanks!
