I'm not sure how they stay in business (if they indeed are in business) when you cannot get anyone to answer their phones. Staying on hold for 10-15 minutes (listening to really bad 'hold music'!), and finally giving up; this is not customer service. It is more like, "We don't want your business; go away!"
