I had another company trying to collect my accounts receivable but never got anywhere made the switch and have been so happy and what's better than the money collected is the communication and thoroughness. We are working with Kindell Hoover she is great!

2 for 2! Hector and his team has been helping us with our outstanding invoices of our work completed from months ago. They have 2 knocked down and we have a couple more to go. But I have been very pleased with their process and their knowledge. They have been a super help. I know I couldn't have done without them.

They help us to recover our money. Great customer service!

My initial hotel scheme went sour second year business. I have heard rumors as a investor with strong friends in the game. I heard that this firm was actually owned by one of the original computer engineers from Google Sean Eichoveits bought this firm a month and half ago, he is now chairman. They have some strong backing now and though I hated the rates at first it wasn't that bad after they helped me get financed and collected my bad accounts from my manufacturing problems. Anyway thanks to ana and matti for helping me on this. I would of given 20 stars.

My friend Shawn referred me to this company. It was a real blessing because we have issues outside of Houston. Shawn whom is an investor and controlling holder of River oaks lent me over 200k on the jobs that weren't paying. They file all the liens as well as foreclosed on properties in excess of 2 million dollars that was owed. I am a little bias being that Shawn is a personal friend but the work speaks for itself. Well connected company where they have shown me that they will use all their resources to get people paid. Thank you Shawn and ROC negotiations for your efforts.

River Oaks Company was helping me with collecting on some of my outstanding collections from customers. They were small amounts and something I had just written off. They helped me find a solution to the money that was owed to me. Jessica was just awesome to deal with at River Oaks. She would keep me up to date and she would always answer my questions. She even took my calls on a weekend when she was on vacation visiting family. They are an awesome company.

I have to agree with the last reviewer. I have been in the loan industry for a while and have used FCG for my legal needs or even contract matters. FCG Dawson Sr. encouraged me to use this company earlier part of this year around February. I would of also gave them 3 stars but their Attorneys(Just Barely) collected both of my cases. What I don't like is that the attorneys that they use are less competent than the liaisons from River Oaks Company LLC. They were late to court when they stressed to me that I should be there ( Something that my old attorneys never requested of me) but then again they are contingency based. What I especially did not like was, the Attorney that was assigned to me looked as if he just graduated High School. The honorable judge corrected him many times in court, then over my shoulder the defendants were snickering. We were losing until someone from ROC consulted with the attorney where we ended up winning. The other case was won by default. Really should be 1out of 2 but I can't argue results however it is a hard way go about the way we won. All in all I give them a 4 but deserves a 3 especially when I'm told that I need to have this younger company handle my cases as a favor to a dear friend. I gave them over 4 million dollars of breached contract loans. ROC itself are very competent but as for the roster of attorneys that they have selected, is very suspect. My agent over at ROC is Nash and he's been pretty solid. I recommend them, but only if you tell them that you want a solid attorney not an undergrad.

This company doesn't exist as an LLC or any other legitimate corporate structure. It's a scam and I'd advise against doing business with them.

Thought I d try their ideas out on investments and protecting my portfolio. Nash stayed with me until late talking about his loan process. High on rates but made it happen. He s a pretty cool dude. Lots of laid back people and impressed on my returns. I invested money in them for home flip in two memorial homes. Not as much as I wanted back but I got my return.

Just received a frivolous two paragraph claim via registered mail from work performed and paid for years ago by a suspect vendor in Florida who apparently hired these people to troll for loose change. No proof. No invoices. No substantiating evidence whatsoever. Just empty threats. Who are these bottom feeders?

I worked with Jay this week on my liens and other debt issues. He came off as a very bold and blunt dude, he didn t sugar coat my issues but instead told me where my flaws were. He told me he could buy my liens but he would rather work them to see if he could litigate them first with his attorneys. In one week he got me paid. I should give him 3-4 stars because he was kind of blunt to a fault but I appreciate the end result. Thank you River Oaks, Jay, Mr. Brandon and Attorney Smith - my family is in your debt.

It's a scam and I'd advise against doing business with them.

Currently working with Shawn and Dominic. Great people to work with and they have outlined negatives more than the pro's. I recommend them on the Realestate investment aspect on the menu. On the litigation part..that has yet to be seen.

Was doubtful of the hick up or whatever this company stated as the delay in the services. I was consulted by their attorneys that it was out of their control. Couldn't be happier of the service that I received. Originally was working with Chloe then I got bounced around for a month. Glad that I finally am working with Darryl. The management running the show are more than exceptional and gave me the consulting that I was looking for. I corrected the methods that I was using and they saved me money @ no charge.
