My friend Shawn referred me to this company. It was a real blessing because we have issues outside of Houston. Shawn whom is an investor and controlling holder of River oaks lent me over 200k on the jobs that weren't paying. They file all the liens as well as foreclosed on properties in excess of 2 million dollars that was owed. I am a little bias being that Shawn is a personal friend but the work speaks for itself.
