Yeah all the good reviews are from employees. I'm sure they make them do that so they look more reliable. Total scam. Fine and boot of $100 even though I tried to add time to my parking the exact way they showed me how. The guy who worked there said this is how they get money.
Amazing company to work for! They take good care of their people, promote from within, offer great training, and the CEO is very approachable. Highly recommend - great place to grow yourself professionally.
Wonderful company! Wonderful service. They are INSURED. Which is HUGE. Do your research because most valet companies are not insured. It's also ILLEGAL to only work for tips. Which many other cheap valet stands offer. But American Valet is legal and insured. You could get penalized for hiring companies that do not pay their employees proper minimum wages. And accidents are inevitable so make sure to do business with a professional company like American Valet. Do your research. American Valet is top notch! They've been giving 5 star service to Arizona, Las Vegas, and New Mexico for 40 years.
Update: Immoral company blocked me on Facebook. All they had to do was take responsibility. Will add it to the media interviews we have lined up.
Denying our claim is not worth the publicity coming your way.
Today, we are moving forward with the backing of Chrysler to share our experience with American Valet with the nation. I am working with radio, print, television, and social media outlets on what American Valet did to our family. Misty was warned on July 3rd that denying our claim when Alex the manager at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque assumed all liability by writing a note to the driver not to use our power locks. The driver did not listen, my husband who is a diabetic amputee was stranded for 5 hours and required medical attention, and we have been without our vehicle for a week. There is no mechanical failure on our vehicle- the driver triggered the anti theft system then kept messing with it before allowing my husband on scene. By doing what they did, they caused the vehicle to think it is being stolen and it is now needing to go to the dealership to be reprogrammed. So, American valet refuses to help at all citing mechanical failure. The public will not like seeing this story which is why local and national news companies are working on the story.
On Saturday, I went to the Suns v. Nuggets game. American Valet parked my car. When the game was over, one of the men brought it to my attention that my tire was too flat to drive. He asked me if I knew how to change a tire or if I had someone with me to help me. I did not. So he asked me to pull to the side and he'd take care of it. While he was working on it, the other employees finished for the tonight and came to help him. They worked as a team, were very professional, and didn't ask anything in return for helping me. I was so grateful that I was not stranded in downtown Phoenix on a Saturday night with a flat tire. Every single employee I interacted with on Saturday was professional and went above and beyond for me.
We have used American Valet for many of our events and the staff they provide always ensures our events run smoothly. Not only are they the best at what they do, but they have amazing customer service every step of the way.
