Please do not invest your time working within this company. I was an employee for 10 long years, loved my job & everything about it. Never had one single write up. Never called into one shift. My ED allowed my new "manager" to fire me without any warning or legit reason right before Christmas time. I dedicated a decade of my life to be let go simply because my manager did not like me. Don't waste your time making a career out of ASC. I wish I could post pictures on here of how the current manager of dietary runs her kitchen. It is truly disgusting.

I work for this company still and I have bent over backwards for ASC but I can tell you this company does not care for it's employees or the residents if it doesn't make them more money they don't care they have cut back so much that the company is barely hanging on every since the big guys embezzled all that money the employees and residents have been the ones suffering even though it was said it wouldn't effect us. It's safe to assume that I am looking for another job I refuse to be apart of this any longer your loved ones rates are increasing and the care is decreasing all the while other employees are catching notice the good ones are leaving and the ones who could care less are left to sit on their phones and ignore your loved ones plight for assistance do you and your loved ones a favor and avoid ASC maybe the corporate fat cats will get the picture then

I worked for 7 months very unprofessional director and housekeeping supervisor makes derogatory remakes against employees do not care for employees or some residents who have no family visits only cares making money , very low wages have employees come in work drunk worst place i ever worked. I will not recommend no one to work or put love one in there faculties .

I just celebrated 18 years with ASC! Great company and I just adore my co-workers! What an honor it is to serve seniors!

I love American Sr Communities!! What a wonderful company that has wonderful employees! My mother works with the company and I love hearing all the wonderful stories on how she's touched many lives!

Under no circumstance should you EVER consider putting your loved one in Rosegate or any of their other house of horrors! American Senior Communities is a puppet company created by Health & Hospital Corp. of Marion County to shield them from liability for the shocking incompetence of the staff they employ to staff their facilities in Indianapolis. Absolute bottom of the barrel. Do not do this to your loved one or to yourself!

A company that clearly has no regard for their clients or employees. Please avoid this heartless profit-priority company at all cost.

My mother recently passed away in the memory care unit at Rosegate Village after 2 long years of fighting the horrible Alzheimer s disease. Without Heidi and her team in memory care I personally don t think mom would have made it as long as she did. Heidi is the most caring yet professional nurse I have ever dealt with. They bent over backwards not only for mom but for me as well. Bless the women who take on this job. There could never be enough compensation.

This is the worst company I have ever experienced. I would strongly consider finding your senior care elsewhere!! Management has their own interest at heart not your family s. 1 star review is too generous.

Terrible company to work for, terrible company by which to have a loved-one cared for. All around terrible.
