That was nice experience to go and see a clean place ,friendly people as well as nice personnel, however 2 thing was not in my expectations #1 : the price a little high,and # 2 is that the waiting.

I bought this 5 burner 30" range 2/12 years ago. It comes with a three year warranty. I have called the service department in California and spoken with repair/ tech people and all my questions are answered patiently and thoroughly. I love this range, it heats a pot of water or a tea pot very quickly. I love the look and style of this product. I wanted a "professional grade" residential stove for many years, this was worth the wait. I love I can have 4 large pots and pans utilizing the cook top at one time everything fits, nothing gets pushed askew as there is not enough room. We love the center 5 th burner for heating the tea pot. The oven does make a loud noise as the metal expands as it warms up, oh well it doesn't bother me because I love this appliance. I love the quality of the racks inside the oven, they slide easily and with quality. Easy cleaning of the interior, place a pie pan of ammonia in a cold oven over night, easy cleanup the next day. The broiler is fast to heat up. The inside of the oven is huge.

If you are in the market for a commercial style range, think twice before buying an American Range, especially if you are a Contractor and have clients to represent. There products look good but the company could care less about customer service. If you need parts, accessories or service you are on your own. After three months and sending the wrong parts twice, they told me I would have to pay a restock fee for their mistake. They now have just quit responding to my request to purchase the accessories for a range my client bought. No one in the parts or tech department has any ability or desire to take care of business. After reading other reviews of products not working and the nightmare that ensues, I am keeping my fingers crossed that this range does not quit working or need repairs.

We've had our American Range oven for 5 years now and I can say the only thing good about it is the doors. The oven takes about 45 minutes to heat up, the broiler almost never works, it doesn't cook evenly (burns the backside), and it has the loudest fans I've ever heard in a home oven. The broiler does a strange thing too when it tries to pre-heat. The oven fills with gas and when you open the doors it ignites and sends out a ball of flames. And as another reviewer said, the company could care less. The pilot light for our oven quit after about 2 years, and when I called the company for help (no service in Hawaii), they would only grudgingly suggested how to fix it.
American Range has been a solid choice for our new home. We chose it their oven range mainly bc of the simplicity of the design, and also being made right here in our hometown. I appreciate both things nowadays. It s been a solid choice after several months.
I purchased my American Range recently, and all expectations have been met. I customized the knobs to match our new kitchen colors, and it just pops. Everything has been working well, and it s a home chef s dream. I m in love. Customer service issues have been dealt with well too. Thank you!
The commercial equipment has been horrible since the day we had it installed. I would not recommend purchasing this equipment. Too many faults to list, one issue after another and very little customer support.
We're really happy with our American Range commercial fryer. We've had it for a year now in our restaurant kitchen and it has yet to let us down. Thanks for a great American made product. Happy to recommend it to any others in the restaurant business.
American Range's wall oven was a perfect choice for us when we decided to update our kitchen. My wife has been baking up a storm since the last quarantine and we've been obsessed with our new toy. We get the right temp going for all our breads and pizzas. We even had it modified to match our copper fixtures. Excellent service--Guillermo and team were really helpful with any questions.
The WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. The igniter failed just before a major holiday, and while they said they were going to overnight the part to me (and charged me overnight shipping), they didn't send it out for two more days. Ridiculous. And when I asked if they could just reimburse me for the overnight shipping charges I was ignored. Would NEVER spend money on American Range products again.

First off I want to say any one that leaves 5 stars and no comments is NOT a review of a product like this.
Even though the reviews are few, do heed the warning! I have had my American range for 5 years. First off I would not buy this range if I had kids in the house. This range gets dangerously hot when the oven is in use. The knobs, the door, every outward surface is extremely HOT. The first service was 2 years after I bought it and now at 5 years another upcoming expensive service.
Currently it takes over 30 min. to preheat for a 350 temp.
And it doesn't hold the temperature it's either 25 degrees under/over the desired temp. Honestly DO NOT buy this range!
