Very friendly.. had to do two back to back delivery within 2hrs and they had me in and out both times

They order food on DoorDash never tip
Chip people , they don t know DoorDash pay 2 dollars to the driver

Your team took on a massive job with not a lot of time to execute. At each stage your team performed above and beyond. From dealing with new artwork for our cover to coordinating your press run so I could be present for color critical sections, you proven to me that you can be a great partner to work with.

I have been working with American Litho for over six years now. They are the premiere commercial printer in the Midwest. Every person has been kind and professional, from the sales team to customer service reps to production and everyone in-between. High quality people and products!

The manager of this facility is really hyper have fast anger issues. Recieving told me to back in to whatever door when its available. So when someone pulled up from the dock i backed in because i was at the first line up. As soon as i packed up, 2 minutes later one funny looking guy with long hair came in yelling at me. He said recieving office told you to back into door number 2. I said no they didnt. They told me which ever is availble. And the guy saying no, i litterally hear reciever told you back into door 2. Then i say if he told me i would, why would i back into any door for no reason. Then he got angry and gave my paper work and told me to leave n called a police one me. I mean police wasn t necessary. He said hes the manager of all they do what he told them to. Then i went inside ask the guy who told me back into available door which hey have only 5 or 6.
Reciever is the spanish guy knows english barely. He said its wasnt him who talked to me it was someone else but i do know its him who told me. I just didnt push him maybe he doesnt want to loose his job over these situation.

Trucks delivering paper rolls - Quick unloading.
You can park overnight but do not block others.
No overnight parking on Mercedes drive from 2am to 5am.
Washroom is available inside.
Receiving starts at 8 am.

I waited 2:20hours to get loaded, but the good thing is that I came 9:00 pm and they loaded me after hours , trucks delivering in here I think that you can park overnight easily in the street

Outstanding service and high quality commercial printing! I have been a customer of American Litho since 2002. They ve always delivered on-time and with exceptional quality regardless of the platform, in-line web, sheet-fed or digital. It goes beyond printing with American Litho, they take your basic ideas and build on them. Their in-house direct mail design team is top-notch, they always produce pieces that are markedly better than my original concept. Their sales team has offered format improvements and finishing options that were extremely engaging. It really moved the needle on the direct mail trade show promotion work that I do. I consider American Litho a resourceful solution providers and a brand builder. I would recommend them to anyone trying to reach an audience to market their business or product.
