They sent me to another location for delivery - there they asked me to follow the trucks waiting line without taking my appointment time into consideration.

Trucks delivering paper rolls - Quick unloading.
You can park overnight but do not block others.
No overnight parking on Mercedes drive from 2am to 5am.
Washroom is available inside.
Receiving starts at 8 am.

People in the place we're very nice but two drivers mess up getting into the docks for everyone

I waited 2:20hours to get loaded, but the good thing is that I came 9:00 pm and they loaded me after hours , trucks delivering in here I think that you can park overnight easily in the street

Appointment only unless you are Hispanic then you will be unloaded regardless of appointment. Disorganized facility. Of course no one speaks English if an issue arises. These are CH Robinson loads so the freight is cheaper and you sit around waiting to get unload. Make sure CH Robinson gives you the correct address and time. It s not 24 hours as you will be told. Strongly suggest passing on this freight. Find another load.
