Not a good experience; we bought a used washer that leaked within 30 days and when we called for warranty, the installer did more damage to our plumbing than the cost of the washer. He did fix it though, but 6 months later it is leaking again. Back to square 1.
Wonderful speedy service. They where both very knowledgeable and helpful. Saw what was wrong with mt part quickly and got me a replacement. Even switch some of the components over for me and all for a minimal charge. Definitely recommend them!
Very knowledgeable about parts and how they go on. Gave me print outs to help with replacement parts.
Best appliance parts store in town. Have good inventory and are cheaper than the web on some items. Plus same day service saves your food from spoiling.

Very bad customer treatment. went to buy drive belt and by mistake I told him to void the transaction. I came back to buy it again and he started to yelling on me by saying "go out".
Been buying parts from Jeff and Patti for over 12 years now. Always been super helpful and made sure I was getting the right parts.
Horrible experience. Bought a part for my refrigerator from them and paid $100 for someone to come install it, only to find out the part was broke. Went back into the store to return it, but he was extremely rude, and refused to do anything until I gave him the fridge serial and model number (which I didn't have to give him to purchase it) once I drove and hour home and back to get it, he then said I will have to have the installer call him to verify it was broken. So I waited another hour for the installer to return my call, just to say that the part didn't work. In the end he Would not give me my money back but did exchange the part, and I Ended up having to pay for another $100 service fee, and of course he refused to cover any of that. I have no idea how this company can even stay in business.
