HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE These people should be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS no one answers the phone, no one answers their emails, when you call you're automatically put on auto hold for an hour when you get desperate and hang up to call back to speak to someone in new claims they transfer you back to hold for another hour. When you select the option to speak to your adjuster you are transferred and the phone automatically hangs up. Their insured driver hit me in November 2020 it is AUGUST 2021 and they still will not answer to send payment of 1k to the hospital now the hospital has sent it to collections so my credit is being affected because this company is INCOMPETENT AND FRAUDULENT. I have filed a claim with the BBB and will continue to.

Horrible insurance company took a week just to get someone on the phone. Their staff is rude and lazy. Dont expect anything to be done quick and easy. If you do have this insurance company switch immediately. Do not go to any of their recommended shops choose your own. If the shop damages your vehicle further like they did in my case they will take the shops side. Or not even hear your own side. Terrible company.

Giving 5 stars so not to get lost amongst the 1 star ratings but I've been with them for 5 months and was paying $230 a month.I've never had any accidents or issues, then one day I go to pay online and see my premium went up to 949.13..Knowing me I calls quick to see if they can fix that mistake and the lady tells me it wasn't a mistake and their not able to insure that type of vehicle,a 2011 nissian maxima?

If I could leave a review without choosing any stars, I would. Along with all the other reviews I have also been through the same negative experience. While I was parked at work, a customer of my employer's backed up into my vehicle. Because there were several other customers who witnessed this, the client was forced to come in and admit to the damage. He was not in this country legally, nor did he have a legal license to drive in this country. Yet, this ridiculous company chose to insure him. I have had the very unfortunate experience of trying to get them to cover my claim and have had the worst time. Same as everyone else says, they do not pick up their calls, you're left waiting for hours on end for someone to either answer your call or call you back. They also do not pay for the rental vehicle while yours is being worked on. They claim that they have to set up the reservation, but then when you get there to pick up your rental, your stuck paying out of pocket. I should NEVER have to pay out of pocket because someone else hit me (a parked car). I was at the rental place for over 2 hours waiting for my adjuster, Daisy Zavala, or her supervisor, George Puvathingal, to answer my repeated calls, voicemails and emails, to no avail. I cannot believe that a company that operates in this fashion is still in business. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at how they treat customers.

Like many others I would give this no stars if I could. My newly 16 year old daughter was driving with her permit, she had it for 3 weeks. She was a confident good driver. While Is at an intersection at a dead stop a pregnant young woman with a two-year-old in her car Rear ended us going 55 miles an hour and a 40 mile an hour speedzone. My car was totaled, Both my daughter and myself went to the emergency room with severe whiplash, My daughter had 2 months of intense Chiropractic care I am currently going 3 and a 1/2 months in. I had to use my own car insurance for the rental. I hired a lawyer and they are not even returning my lawyer's phone calls, letters or any attempt to be notified. I have not even been reimbursed for my total car as of right now I am about $20000 in between purchasing a newer used vehicle and medical bills that's not even including the Chiropractic care because I am not done. My daughter has severe P TSD and she has not been behind the wheel and it has been close to and close to 4 months since the accident. A Total nightmare and they need to be E sued severely and shut down

I have called and called and called because their unlicensed driver rear-ended me. All numbers on the website go to the same generic automated menu. The "call-backs" take minimum 2 hours and I've been mysteriously disconnected both times. No call back when I already provided my contact information. I've been waiting in their call queue for over an hour now and they are jumping me through the queue (it rings and then goes back to hold). AND I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN ABLE TO OPEN MY CLAIM!

I was in an accident with someone insured with this company. The other person rear-ended my vehicle while I was at a yield sign. I spent about 1.5 hours and multiple calls to try to reach them the day of the accident. It took over a week to get authorization to have it repaired and to get a rental authorized. Got the rental and they declined to pay the bill stating I would pay and they would reimburse me. They did not, apparently, stay in contact with the rental company (Hertz) as I kept getting notices to return the car IMMEDIATELY due to the rental being expired. They do not volunteer any updates, other than a letter stating they would send a check to cover their own estimate (check never arrived). Hoping they don't expect me to cover the repair costs to get "reimbursed." The accident itself was less traumatic than dealing with the insurance and rental companies.

It should be illegal to have this insurance company "cover you". They don't pay out. They avoid phone calls and never return them. You're forced to file a claim on your own policy because of how long they stall. I had a terrible experience. One of their insured drivers cause a four car collision. Everyone including their driver admitted it was his fault. That was not good enough. The police report came back, that was still not good enough to get the ball rolling for pay pay out. Myself and I'm sure the other involved drivers that sustained damage to their vehicles had to file claims in their own policies. If someone gives you this companys information when they got you, then they are not covered so to speak. You better hope you have a rental car included in your own policy.
