We had our fifth wheel repaired and the cap of it painted here and all I can saw is wow! Fantastic group of people there, great to deal with and do fantastic work! 5 stars all the way around! We had a time frame to stick to and they got it done right on time. Joel is the service manager and Rick is the body guy... Round of applause boys thanks again :)
Lindsay was a fabulous sales agent who made sure to answer all our questions. She has been great with following up with us and Tony was wonderful too. He discovered that we had actually been sold a car without towing capacity when we were told it did. He saved us from having a major problem. Thank You for a great sales experience!
We originally purchased the camper from the Supershow back in Jan, 2018 located in Tampa, FL. A few weeks went by and no phone calls from anyone, I started making the phone calls calling the Bushnell location I kept getting tossed around from people, then I finally got a sales guy well needless to say he got let go, then I had to make calls again to find out what was going on with the camper, I was in contact with a finance dept, lady was helping us out, then that stopped , and then I called and called and finally got in touch with the manager at that time and he put us with some one else, well as time was getting closer for us to pick up our camper that we had originally special ordered from the super show, we were getting told no that the manufacturer company was not making that color theme anymore, so we did take the one that they had cause it was the only floor plan we wanted. Well needles to say we did a walk through in a rush due to that they were closing, we had noted with the Service Tech, a few issues that we had noticed that day ( over casted day) , well needless to say we took it home and then we took it on a camping trip, and we noticed more than a handful of issues , water leaks, poor quality built, and so on to where we have taken more than 100 photos, of issues. Well we took it in the following week to have them to submit work orders on it, the sales rep was trying to put us in another one due to all the issues,well then as we were getting ready to leave my husband had noticed the same camper as ours, and he goes inside and guess what , it was the same color theme we had special ordered, I went to go tell the sales rep and they all acted surprise. Well we got the report back before they submitted it over to warranty, I told them that they were missing the toilet leaking on there, and I contacted who I was told to talk to but he acted like he knew nothing, and I also told them that I did not want it worked on at that location, due to lack of the ability .Again needless to say I contacted the Forest River warranty department and gave them heads up , since this was a brand new 2019 Shasta Oasis 21 CK travel trailer, and I had forward over the pages that were sent to me for work orders and seen if he had to get the one from the dealership, well that never happened, last week the travel trailer was taken to the Ocala location and they just started the repair work order sheet to submit over to Forest River as of Friday 4/27/2018,and that was after playing phone tag calls to everyone over at Ocala location, then I had finally called and was able to talk to the vice president. I only had this camper in our drive way for not even two weeks, took it out once, I had already made our first payment, the quality on this camper is beyond Excellent . I even called our finance bank and they said they can switch us by just giving them the correct vin number as long as the numbers are the same. The photos I have attached are not even all. I will never buy from America Choice RV again.
My salesman Tony, a fellow Army brother, found exactly the previously owned travel trailer that I was looking for. Make an offer! He also went above and beyond to help me get it registered for my business. The service department did a good job cleaning and preparing it for travel. I'll be traveling and writing about my experiences and these folks will be a positive memory.
This has been one of the better buying experiences. Lindsey was incredible. Supper fun and had no bs. Showed us exactly what we wanted and skipped the ones she knew we wouldn't want. No high pressure, no fake attitude. We will be back when we are ready to upgrade. Highly recommend.
This is a great dealership with plenty of inventory to look through if you are looking for a new unit RV. They have a gigantic use selection and they also have a great service department dedicated to decent work. Along with knowing a lot of the staff I have come to see how much they actually care about the customer. I have seen them bend over backwards to do so even at their cost. Don t be discourage from the lot appearance and how some campers look. This is a small place willing to give you a great deal. Great group of people willing to work with you in making your buying experience good. Waited a month from the day of my purchase to be able to review my experience as well as the camper I got. Couldn t be happier with both. Randy was great help and made every effort to get us to a deal that we felt comfortable with. Had to call for some minor things and they were responsive and delivered as expected. Will buy from them again.
The team at the Bushnell location is awesome. They have been very helpful and working with us my husband is out most of the time helping keep America supplied with food and such. He was able to start our experience and buying the type of RV he wanted. I'm so happy the salon people work together and are experienced with the job they do. Thank staff for helping us in the purchase of our 1st RV/Tiny Home. I'm looking forward to the experience of being semi retired. Tim, Angie, Hank Aaron and the rest were so kind and knowledgeable about helping customers. I'm recommending to others looking for a RV.
The folks that work here went above and beyond helping me. No question went unanswered, service is top notch, sales staff are friendly while listening to what you want in a camper, and the finance personnel are incredible. I got a better deal than I would have ever believed. If you are even remotely considering purchasing a camper, you should at least give these fine men and women a chance.
STAY AWAY. Had warranty work done while on thier lot my license plate was stolen Americas Choice refused to make good on the theft a civil suit may be in the works. Sometimes it took days to contact Service department constant excuse the phone systems and or computer systems were down. Although some of the techs are knowledgeable and personable, the same can not be said for the office. I chose to winterize my RV and bring it north for the warranty repairs needed.
