I love the agency the staff is great and I love the free flu shots and Tb testing. Wish they raise the pay, they re the lowest paying agency in Philly. But other than that it s all great

Very ghetto would not recommend. Doesn't accept responsibility for care givers who come under the influence of drugs. Caregivers have less than a high school education, repetitive call outs, and extremely unreliable. The care givers seem to run the agency because the agency has zero control over their employees. If you raise concerns for your loved ones they will get defensive as opposed to rectifying the issue. The care they provide is beyond deplorable, caregivers are lazy and expect to sit and watch tv all day and provide minimal care. They do not vet their applicants because they are severely understaffed and need all the people they can. If you want great care for your loved ones steer clear of this agency.

Im a former employee as a scheduling coordinator. Salaries are discriminatory. Their people get paid more with less experience and education. Toxic work environment not conducive to productivity. During my experience people were drinking on site, the recruiters would take calls on their cellphones personally as to bribe prospective clients. I should have called the better business bereau when I had a chance. I was in scheduling had Poor training. So much so that the head of payroll wrote me up!? Mind you I was in scheduling. And the CEO SIGNED OFF ON IT. What in the hell?! Rumors of non working employees were on payroll. These people need to be exposed!!!!!

My uncle in law is receiving services from AmeriBest. They're HHA's are phenomenal. Tiffany is the best of the best! She literally treats my uncle in law as if he's her father. Makes sure he takes his meds on time, bathes him, makes his meals. Even accompanies him to his appointments. Her compassion is stellar. When she's not here, she is missed. My uncle in law's other aide Ijea, she's pretty good as well. She washed his feet and changed his leg wrappings. Ikea as very thorough. I highly recommend AmeriBest

I just quit this place today they wanted me to go and sit in somebody s church I m Muslim I don t go to church and then this girl had the nerve to tell me to sit outside girl have you lost you mind as much as I really enjoy working for them I will not put them before my religion today this girl tried it so Monday morning I will be call them

I used Ameribest services for about 2 months now and I love it, so does my long time caregiver who has been taking care of me on her own time for two years with no pay since I ve awaking from my diabetic coma in 2017. I have a lot of health issues and I desperately needed help to and from my clinic appointments etc... especially when I m at home. My caregiver has gone beyond the call of duties helping me, even though I couldn t afford to pay her. We heard about Ameribest from one of my Doctors and decided to give them a try. No complaints whatsoever, my caregiver is now getting paid for services she has been long doing for free and I am so pleased and happy for her. She deserves a pay raise. Thank you Ameribest for your services and for making my life a whole lot easier.
