The cash option when selling to this store should be more equal, rather than gift card option as payment

I always love shopping at Amelia's. Everyone is friendly & helpful. It's a fun experience & I would highly recommend it.

I go to y'all's store occasionally and look around. When you go in sometimes there is no greeting, or may I help you...the employees are quiet... if I want quiet I can go outside listen to crickets. Or sometimes I bring my daughters in or friends and sometimes employees are rude. They must be havin' a bad day i don't know. At least smile!! I guess they don't want or need the business that bad. So, i go else where. The appearance of the store is awesome! If you want someone to come into your store and buy something it's like hey can I help you, is there something in particular that you're looking for?? If we don't have it I'll get your phone number or email if it comes in stuff like that it's a little things...

Unfortunately I WILL NEVER return to Amelia's again. Today my mother bought a dress for my sister and brought it home so she could try it on. It was too big and we came back the same day to either get a refund or exchange it for something else at the same price. The sales associate informed was that all sales are final and explained the policy.We get that, I used to work in retail. The store has policies and should be followed, But the way the sales associate communicated with us was very rude. We decided to stay and look around and noticed that ALL 3 workers were huddled at the table (were they take in traded clothes) talking about us. As a sales associate you should be doing some customer service around the shop and not gossip about other customers in the store. There were also customers ready to check out and no one was at the register because these employees were too busy having a conversation amongst each other. Obviously customer service is not a priority at the shop.

Nice clothing, shoes and jewelry... A little pricey though.

Unique, beautiful, quality fashion at low prices! Outfits put together beautifully, sometimes I just buy the entire outfit right off the mannequin! Wonderful, helpful employees! Thank you for having such a great store!

I always find amazing deals on high quality brands, and it is one of my favorite resale stores in Texas! I travel from Austin just to come here to buy new things and sell/recycle my previously loved items.

I rated this a 2 due to your grab bag promotion. You only had a very select few racks that were eligible for this promotion. You have really cute items on the side racks,but unfortunately, nothing cute in the bargain bag. Also the little plastic flimsy bag would not hold many items without tearing.

Ive loved this place for years. So many choices and such great prices.
