Purchased a new copier in March 2020. Toners supposed to automatically be delivered when needed. For the third time this year.. we are out of toner and cannot print. Had to call to order the toner and now have to wait. Terrible service.

We were switched from Comdoc to Amcom. I wish that I could give them negative stars because they are the worst company that I have ever dealt with in the copier business. Avoid Xerox and go for the Konica Minolta copier! If you want to hold to speak with the citizens in Guatemala then please buy a Xerox. Xerox quality sucks so bad you will be on the phone with Costa Rica daily!
The worst customer service experience. I left no less than 4 voicemails to dispute a simple $100 invoice. Not one return call. They then turned us over to a collection agency. Tried to contact the controller to express my dissatisfaction, but she won't return my call either. They could obviously care less about my business, which is now with a much better customer-focused company.
This company is THE ABSOLUTE WORST. We were moved to AmCom from ComDoc, which was equally terrible. We have had issues with supply quality and supply availability (which we are on contract for) going back for several years. We actually got rid of three to five printers because ComDoc (now AmCom) couldn't supply toner that would print clearly without clogging the machines and requiring cleaning. Some of our printers that we are on contract for we have had to purchase supplies from office supply stores just so we could have toner that worked and didn't look terrible.
For the last SEVEN MONTHS we have not been able to order supplies for a list of machines from the website. I have REPEATEDLY reached out to our account rep about this but no changes have been made. When you call to order the supplies over the phone you get routed overseas, and while the people are very polite and friendly and clearly trying to do a good job, they struggle to understand that we need certain things (like low yield cartridges or MICR), and just keep sending us the standard cartridges. Sometimes these folks don't have available on their website the items that we need, and we end up having to email everything to our account rep.
The ONLY good thing I can say about this company is that the service for the machines that break down is top notch, which is good, because with the terrible quality toner that really comes in handy. I would absolutely advise anyone looking for a managed print service company to look elsewhere.
We were switched from Com Doc to Amcom. Our account was always on auto deduct. They switched us off with no notifications. When emailed 5 times, they just ignored why. We paid our invoices, which sometimes came, sometimes didn't. We tried to pay off the balance, to which they asked for a $399 termination fee. They have horrendous customer service. I do not recommend at all.
