The reserved seating layout needs to be revised. You think you are getting a good seat when in fact you end up in front. Also, and most important for me: in the Dolby theater room there's red lights from the Exits leaking on the bottom corners of the screen. This takes away from the experience a little. Other than that this is my go to movie theater

This theatre is ALWAYS a mess. My last visit was horrible. After spending fifty bucks for two combos, there was no ice in the ENTIRE theatre!!! The theatre is always dirty. There is not enough staff to rid the theatre of hecklers. It was awful. I will NEVER return to this location. Not to mention that my previous visit was ruined by a snack stand fire so we could not get any food at all. This place is terrible!!!

I came here for the Star Wars Last Jedi premiere. I watched it twice that night. Both times I got excellent seats because they assigned almost all 24 screens to the movie on its Premiere night. For IMAX I had assigned seating and for regular 3D I just showed up whenever I wanted and there was a theater available plenty of seating they were showing the movie every 15 minutes. Finally I lost my wallet that night and I showed up 24 hours later and they found my wallet and the $400 in cash was still there. What an amazing experience from the food which is excellent for theater to the screens and sound which are the best in South Florida IMAX and regular. Only thing that needs a little improving is the seats. I don't remember having a problem for the regular viewing but IMAX was a little crowded.

Saw the new movie Angel Has Fallen great movie, but watching in theater#17 of the movie theater was an awesome experience. Reason being is that this room has an awsome sound system that almost makes you feel like your in the action..

The place is great, many screens, many bathrooms, some arcades, but can use some cleaning and/or organizing. Everytime I come there's trash and popcorn in the lobby (mostly people's fault) and empty boxes or generic disorder at the food counter (mostly management's fault). I also noticed they do not prioritize the premiere line, if you happen to have that

Not sure how many of the screens are new with reclining seats but a good number are old.

Good movie theater, love being apart of Alist. Too strict about bringing in leftovers from restaraunts in the mall. Also, I like reserved seating for digital but they need to make the people aware that they transitioned. Went to see Robinhood and witnessed a huge game of musical chairs in the theater before and during the first part of the theater because so many people were unaware there is now reserved seating for digital.

Variety of food, slow service at concession stand, make sure to show up 15 minutes before the movie, or you will get stuck online. Clean theater and nice staff

I strongly disagree coming here because employees argue with children employees say racist comments , lie, and kick out children for laughing in comedy movies

Nice theater, concession employees need training. Too many inconsiderate patrons talking during movie, on phones and kicking back of your chair during movie.....

I used to come to this theater because it was the closest regular-priced one near me. I came in on Thursday, Feb 9, 2016, for a 3D screening of the Lego Batman Movie. The lobby, halls, and theater are very dirty and not well maintained, and the 3D presentation quality was terrible. When the 3D trailers started playing, I alerted the staff that the image was still double with the glasses on. They somewhat fixed that a few minutes into the film itself, yet there was still a significant amount of ghosting either far away from or up close to the camera. I went up to the front desk to inquire about this, and they said the image looked fine. Here's my two cents: not every digital 3D presentation I have seen looked this bad; it's just the poor calibration of the images on the screen. Even when I saw Doctor Strange in 3D three months ago, this problem didn't exist. At least for this show, they refunded my money for the inconvenience.
If you care about cleanliness and a quality presentation, stay far away from this cinema! I'm not sure if I'll ever return to this AMC, as the nearby iPic is too expensive for even a matinee, and other first-run theaters are a bit of a drive.

Their popcorn was stale the butter flavoring was the worst I've ever had. The seats don't recline but yet they charge you as if they did. The bathrooms are gross. Also they need to hire more cashiers.

Good theater, it's in the mall so gets crowded on the weekends

Aventura is a nice city, the movie theater is in the 3rd floor, good place to go with friends and family. Big screen and good sound, the seats are very confortable. Due to pandemic times the place was almost empty.

Been coming here for years. Absolutely love this place, Suicide Squad IMAX 3D was awesome. Clean, nicely staffed, and great seats.

One of my favorite movie theaters. Really fun to visit and the mall is fun to walk around before or after the movie. Everything is clean and well kept. Chairs are comfortable and cozy. Great place

Fast service on most days, but on a blockbuster premiere one must plan far ahead or settle for another day to see a particular movie.

Be sure to park on the fifth floor for best access to the theater, very convenient, friendly staff, no recliners though. But overall a run of the mill theater efficiently executed.

Went a couple of times ... first time they forgot to turn the lights off ! very annoying they didn't turn it off untill i went to the front desk and told them.
Auditoriums are small so are the screens and they look like they've been patched ! Sound is flat! Like there s only 2 speakers.
Lately went to see Independence Day 2 and the projector wasn't calibrated properly.
And definitely OVERPRICED 18$! I would look for another theater! Not recomended
Only good is the location

An exceptional movie theater that has all the best essentials for a good viewing of a movie. Great seats, Great screens, and plenty of snack options. They really treat their customers right, and always offer great exclusives. This place is for sure the place to go for the next Box Office smash hit.

The movie theater was pretty clean. Ordered tickets online from Amc and was able to use my phone to scan the tickets. Very convenient. The inconvenient part is the long line for snacks, although it moves fairly fast. I enjoyed the night at AMC.

Place it's ok, not remodeling for years, some parts of this place are useless, but they don't make any change, come on Aventura mall do something with this really older place.

Poor quality! I am a frequent watcher of Met HD Opera programs at AMC Aventura. I just attended a repeat showing of Turandot. It got interrupted during the main aria and resumed after this aria.
$$$ wasted.

If you go to the AMC 24@Aventura later in the day there are no bothersome long ticket lines. A clean spacious movie theatre experience overall. I go weekly to catch the new releases in film. Get a chance to walk through a mall where I cannot afford anything.

Place sometimes can be a little warm.
It can definitely use some deep cleaning , A few times my kids got bit by a bug .

Packed concession, and sat in the very first row, horrible

HORRIBLE, POPCORN WAS COLD NOT "BUTTER" IN ANY OF THE DISPENSERS. SERVICE WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH. DIRTY , we went to see first showing of the day and I couldn't believe what the theater looked like!

Great place to watch movies if you wanna be surrounded by tiny boppers. If it a new release you better get there early and no matter what they tell you walk in early a wait by the door otherwise your going to be in a long line that wraps around to the back and people who wasn't waiting are going to skip to the front and your going to end up without a seat. AMC staff will do nothing about it but say sorry we're under staffed and give you your money back......

Screen looked kind of small and audio was pretty low volume. Also had to make a HUGE line for snacks. Not very pleasing experience

Do not ever go to a late night movie. When you come out of the movie there are no employees left. Main exit is closed and you have to go around and around until you find an exit that dumps you at the back of the building. We had no idea where we were because there were no signs or anyone to ask. So we started walking for 15 and continued to be lost. We had park in front of the entrance to the movie theater only 3 minutes away. But now after walking for 15 and not finding the front of the movie theater we had to turn around. We tried going inside the mall, as it was very hot and humid to try and shorten the way but security guards kicked us out.
Horrible experience. In other movie theaters that have reclining seats (much better by the way) they charge the same as regular seats, here they charge you extra for the reclining seat as if they are not already stealing enough with the price of popcorn. There was someone to tell you which way to go at the beginning when they were taking your money, but at the end of the night nobody to guide or help you not even signs. I will never go back to that stinking movie theater. Everything is disorganized and the concession stand is so dirty too.

I love going shopping to Aventura! The parking place is huge and that is convenient.

We waited forever to purchase tickets, because the self service machines do not work. Ended up having to buy tickets online to avoid missing the movie. There was only one cashier and the line had at least 20 people. The seats in the theater are so out dated but you pay the same price as theaters with comfortable seats. Dirty, with bad management. They need to do better!

Good movie theater. There is IMAX. Come in advance, seats are not tied to tickets.

Its a really good theater people think that because it's really well known they'd expect high quality service well nooooo but at the end of the day it's really good....except them prices

The chairs do not recline and that room at night was quite dirty, they should clean a little more, and condition the cinema more since it is in a busy area

Had to wait 50 minutes in line to buy popcorn, missed 15 mins of movie (can't really watch a movie without the pops)...service is very bad. Not how I expected to spent my few hours of off time with the family,

Big clean movie theaters good quality screens and sounds

The concession needs work running more efficiently. Long lines even with the priority line. I saw no management around helping facilitate the crowds and the staff was complaining about being understaffed for a Premier screening.

On vacation and went to the movies. It was nice but the movie theater had a sour smell. The mall is beautiful. A lot of shopping and restaurants.

Filthy, dirty, old movie theaters, small screen, definitely don't come to the cinema

I watched the new Mission Impossible 8/2018. And I enjoyed the movie with a relaxing background and large screen. The AMC experience to me was a good one and they deserve five stars.

Lines are always too long and they need to deep clean the seats.

The place really looks good. It's convenient and I go with friends in the morning. But you don't have enough staff. The line gets really long and people walk off and not buying anything because the girl that's waiting on you although she's wonderful cannot cook the food take the money help the people and and move this line terrible things are not ready in the morning when you first get there so you can't buy anything and then if you want to get something for a second movie or you come in later the line is so long and it's just not moving so there's my rating hope somebody wakes up and fixes it because I know you make plenty of money on the concession booth

This theatre closed and didn't let us in and does not return or answer any of my phone calls I would love my money back. 40 dollars wasted! We didn't even see the movie. Because the "managers left" the movie was at 11:15 and we got there a little over 5 minutes late and it was closed! As if movies start at the exact time. I hope someone on here reads it and solves my issue! 6/1/15

Seats have stale smells, uncomfortable ambience. People attending very disruptive. Their employees are very nice and cordial

Horrible parking. After 12:00 AM if you are at the front they make you walk like half a mile to get to your spot. Go to another AMC it will be better for you!
