AMC24 Aventura Mall Review

They need better seat chairs. Other than that great. Well... I m reviewing my review. After another visit. Short screen. They really need a new cinema. It s better to remodeled everything.

Mega theater in a mega mall, a variety of choices, but if that art film does pull in big bucks the first week it is out of here! Think of it as a blockbuster movie house for people vacationing.

Excellent movie theater, could use a little cleanning between show. But overall good place to watch a good movie.

One star down is due to the 30 min of advertisement prior to our movie!!!

It's a movie theatre, it wasn't super dirty, the sound and projection were good

Kids had fun and movie was great. Building was clean and would go back.

I was surprised AMC would allow such a dirty and unorganized theatre to operate in such a busy mall.

Second time I go and be ready to wait at least 30-40 minutes at concession counter . The floor is extremely dirty !

They even ran out of bottle water

I watched the new Mission Impossible 8/2018. And I enjoyed the movie with a relaxing background and large screen. The AMC experience to me was a good one and they deserve five stars.

Movies are great. Would've given 5 stars if not for the concession stand. Only 1 out of the 4 they have were open. Spilled drinks and food on the floor everywhere you walked. Still had a great time though.

Love AMC, but I don't like the fact that they turn the A/C off during the movie. It is too hot to do that. 3rd movie in a row no air, thinking of giving my business to another chain

I used to go here so often as a kid. But for some reason it has gotten really expensive. And it sucks a bit because its one of the few movie theaters in the area. The good thing is also sensory friendly movies. Love those. Great experience for children with Autism or other sensory processing disorders. Good idea and very inclusive. I really like the ambiance. I would give 5 stars but it is still a bit expensive. Plan on spending at least $40-$50 for 2 people.

Great theatre I take my grandchildren for the Tuesday special. Lines at the concession are always long so be prepared to wait. Service is friendly and the theater is well maintained.

Worst movie theater ever customer service by a MANAGER ever. I've been going to AMC Aventura for years. I bought tickets to Despicable Me today. They sold me tickets to a theater that was full. We already bought our popcorn so I spoke to a manager. The next movie was an hour away but in Dolby. They still wanted to charge me extra because it was Dolby. The manager said there's nothing we can do about Dolby & IMAX prices & that was it. I'm pretty even keeled but since this was not our fault, can you at least give us something? Free popcorn? A 10% discount? I used to be a manager...when it's your fault you at least do something for the customer.

You just lost a long time theater goer here!! Also, get a new manager!!

I love this cinema because it has a lot of rooms so I can see more than 1 movie, the hot and good quality court.

Go here to watch a movie, sure. In my experience though, the employees are useless and not trained properly. If you ever need help out of the ordinary good luck with refunds or special accomodations in any way.

Be sure to park on the fifth floor for best access to the theater, very convenient, friendly staff, no recliners though. But overall a run of the mill theater efficiently executed.

Used to be better. Seats are dirty as friggin hell. Gross. Also the construction makes it harder to drive up to their entrabce. Bleh

I went to watch Avengers IMAX 3D on Saturday 5/4/19. The movie failed before it started and they told us they can put it as 2D. I paid full price for my movie. I wanted a refund! The next day, 5/5/19, we decided to get the same movie in IMAX 3D, the 3D kept glitching on an off. Terrible experience. They should have told us that the projector was not fix yet.

The Dolby cinema is the best theater I ever been,best sound ever.

I have called this theaters 8 times over the past hour to solve an issue and the machine hangs up on me because "they're too busy to pickup the phone" and theres no way for me to even leave contact information. HORRIBLE service.
