AMC24 Aventura Mall Review

The theater is very convenient for being into the mall but they need to work on the cleaning

I love movies and I recommend everyone who likes movies because is cheap and chairs relly comfortly.

The movie theaters super clean, but the sales desk was super dirty, did not look good, all workers passed by and did not clean it. They should be more careful with that.

It's my favorite theater, it be busy after 5. Order your tickets online so it can take less time and it's easy to navigate, and just a comfortable place to catch a nice movie!

The lenses for the imax room are in very bad condition and not hygienic.

The movie theater is pretty nice. They have a whole variety of movies. I think it's best to go on week nights to avoid the overcrowding and the teenager rush.

Everyone working for the theater are knowledgeable & friendly & the interior is always clean. I'm there so much that the people at the snackbar actually know what I want or like... they actually care enough to remember me!

Amazing theater with great selection of movies. Going back to see glass and another one. Lol, forgot the other movie that I want to see.

Dirty noise smelling outdated absolutely the same way it was 20 years ago....
Nowaday there are MUCH better options!

AMC aventura always has a good movie selection. The staff is pretty hospitable as well.

Excellent theater! The Dolby Atmos theater is my favorite. Awesome picture and the sound is incredible!

Concession line took 25 minutes with all lanes open. Otherwise, nice theater.

Compared to other newer theatres. Needs renovation..and reclinable seats. But great location.

This is my favorite theatre to go to because it is large with lots of seating and has IMAX and all the works. The lines for food are usually long which is my only qualm, and it could be cleaner, but it is a high volume theatre.

Another great AMC you won't want to miss especially for it's Dolby Theather

They should offer more premium seats rooms... If you don t pay for IMAX you got a regular cloth seat that barely bend

You can hear the NOISE from the hallway outside of the theatre - very distracting!

There is very little hands-on staff to control the mobs of people or to facilitate line-ups.

I noticed a woman ahead of me with a dirty sick poodle. It wasn't a service dog!She bought a ticket and went

I asked the ticket agent if dogs were allowed in the theater .HER answer was yes they don't even ask any more is the are Service Dogs they just let them in

When I was younger this was my theater & up to about 9 years ago I still wore this theater out.
And it's not that the theater has changed much but the place around it is so much different that even going here changes the experience. Add to that the increase in prices because of that & and its just not as good anymore, relative to other AMCs, especially the newer ones.
Now that Regal refurbished Oakwood there's more competition too.

I like to go there with my kids, especially in the early hours when is not so busy.

Great Theater but the waiting line to buy snakes is out of control.

Nice movie theatre, have been going there for over 12 years, but customer service is horrible, bathrooms are always dirty, they never clean the theatre properly and a very unprofessional staff. The movie theatre itself has gone downhill in the last 3-4 years. AMC really needs to get there act together.

Aventura AMC 24 is a staple it's hanging in there throughout all these years!

Worse concession area ever. Lines from hell.25 minute wait.Stay away, or bring your own food from home.Not fun

Great place! The movie theater is clean and there was no problems. The only thing is the ticket price. About $14 for a student and $17 for adult was crazy.

We bought our tickets weeks in advance for the new Captain Marvel movie and the only good thing about the experience was the movie.

The ticket agent actually stopped taking tickets to text someone, I mean legitimately stopped us picked up her phone and began texting. The concession stand was filthy and far too slow, taking about 4-5 minutes to give popcorn and drinks.

To top it off the theater was dirty.

Definitely enjoyed the movie but nothing else, the staff and management clearly don't care so we don't care to return there.

I came here to watch Ant-Man and the Wasp and was surprised at how spacious the theater was, considering it was in a mall. The lady whom I bought the tickets from was very nice and made me feel welcome. The theater itself was very clean and I was impressed. If you're looking for a good theater to watch your movie at, come here!

How do you double sell the same tickets. Great job AMC. Ruined my entire night.

This AMC is closest to my home so I go often. I m a a-list member as well. On the busy nights like $5 Tuesdays they need more staff or to have the 2nd concession stand open. The line gets insanely long and I ve missed part of my movie before even when I ve come 30mins before my movie started. The prices are decent and the theatres are mostly clean.

Great.wonderful.love it. Best theater on east side south florida to go to.

33 mins of ads and commercials??
Crazy, expensive, waaaaay to many commercials, no recliners. I'm not coming back

Love this movie theater because I ve been going here since middle school. The big theaters are amazing, the theaters are well taken care of. Service is alright. Thank you!

Time to clean up Aventura 24. Aventura is one of the top rated malls in America though the movie theater is one of the most dirty and poorly maintained. The bathrooms are really bad. Aventura 24 is easy behind the ball. With ticket prices as expensive as they are, consumers deserve better.

Nice clean family friendly place . I've been going to AMC 24 for years .

Waited in concession line for 20 minutes. I even asked the manager if she could please add another person. She didn't seem to notice that there were many people waiting in line. Then, to make it worse, people with some status had a separate line and were taken ahead of the regular line. The employees looked miserable. Terribly run concession area.

I would give this 5 stars. But if you compare the standard theaters to the standard Oakwood or iPic movies, these suck...

Rude usher. No kiosks visible, wanted to avoid lines.

The line to get tickets goes very slowly always tons of people in line. lack of training .. the concession stand you can wait over a half hour usually only one stand open (they have two) & the employees lack training never a manager in the concession or box office to look over employees to move things along... with the price of the tickets & the hassle to get in & get a popcorn & drink its not worth it ... I have seen people walk off the line to buy tickets as well as concession ... poor management !!!

First time here. I really liked it three levels. Opened spaes, many shopping stores and palces to eat. Beautiful art outside. Valet parking is available. I went to see a movie so I didn't all of the mall. I will be back to explore and take pictures.

Pros: Their Dolby Digital Theatre is well worth the price. Good, clean seats but can get noisy due to families bringing their kids, situated in a mall so easy access
Cons: Long concession line stands, the popcorn was stale and I would avoid the food.

For a mall that is so high class , the theatre doesn't live up to it. I haven't been to a non recliner theatre in years until I went to this theatre. They need a major upgrade

It has amazing service and has great seats and popcorn

The concessions area is nice with friendly staff. The theater is good, the seats could be better but it's not the worst.

Big theater with lots of screen, busy concession stand

Theater is clean but the screen room we were in to watch the movie was bad you can only go thru the row of seats thru one side instead of having both ends available and not have to bother the whole aisle to get to the end of the row!!!

The experience was ruined by the filthy/sticky seats. Popcorn everywhere. I wonder if the staff even clean up after each movie. I gave this review 2 stars because the sound and the screen was amazing. Wont ever return.

Now why would they NOT let people into the movie theater until 40 minutes before a viewing. So basically was told that my money was good enough to take but not my patronage. Management should be fired for stupidity. The mall itself thinks so lowly of their patrons that they can't be bothered to operate their escalators. Why go here when every other movie theater is actually catering to customers?
