one of the hotels that has a very strategic location, because it is close to Blok M area. The design is quite old, but for the lobby and restaurant area is very good because it has done renovations. And for food at breakfast is very diverse and delicious, especially for Indonesian food
Rajawali II Room, located on the 1st floor just above ground floor. It's about 10 x 15 meters. The WiFi coverages are very good, no blank spot anywhere in the floor. The measured speed is about 50 Mbps when all attendances doing online meeting all together. Great place to host such online event during pandemic.
Small Ballrooms but a comfortable and nice place, does not need a lot of additional decoration for the wedding
As long as I stay here, I feel good about this hotel. But something that I concern about is the food. Sometimes it is too salty to eat for me. Overall, this is a recommended hotel.
New decor since the last time i was there, which has been a while. Nice lobby and more coffee shops and restaurants for business meeting or dinner. Strategically located, although can be heavy traffic during week days. Just across from shopping area and many other coffee shops and restaurants for meeting venue.
I only visited the dining room for iftar with my family. Foods were good and tasty, beverages were xoxo
Would give 0 star if possible. Stayed here for quarantine after travelling abroad. Unfortunately it isn t possible to choose hotel. Room is VERY dirty. Found clementine seeds in bed despite them assuring us that its been cleaned and disinfected. Bathroom is mouldy, tv is not working, telephone is located in the bathroom (why?) and is barely working as well, cant even hear the other person talking. My suitcase belt got stuck and wont open, asked for scissors and one hour later still nothing, no follow up. So far, worst costumer service i ve ever experienced.
The meeting room is excellent. Also their service for meeting is good. There are enough restroom to accommodate foor meeting member. This hotel has good pray room or "musholla". It's located in basement
The hotel is well located in central BLOK M.
Just right across the bus station and Pasaraya Grande.
The room is spacious and comfortable.
Even the design and interior look old, it is clean and well maintained.
The coffee break was great and the meeting room was excellent.
The dinner was great too, especially black pepper beef, I love it. Salad, fruits and coffee were great for me.
The bed was the place I most enjoy
The variety of bread for breakfast and coffee and fresh milk were great.
Overall, I love to spend a night or more in this hotel. It is my second times I stay in the Ambhara Hotel Jakarta.
