Sorry excuse for phone service, I've been calling for hours since yesterday and no one picks up. Online banking is a joke too. The complete lack of service is sad, I should have gotten my loan where they actually have customer service.

We thought since this bank is EVERYWHERE in Amarillo it would be a good bank to have....WRONG!!!!! Their card fraud protection is an embarrassment. Our card got restricted for a 23 dollar charge at walmart! Called to try and get it taken care of and got transferred 4 times to finally speak to someone that knew what was going on. I have several thousand of dollars in my account to be embarrassed for a 23 dollar' charge to Walmart restriction because the system thinks its fraud!! We will definitely be changing banks on tuesday!!

I love the bank but the online software sucks. Since your latest on line software update, I can not use 'direct connect' to download my transactions to Quicken. I have to dl a file then import it into Quicken which is very inconvenient. Please fix the software!

I highly don't recommend getting a car finance thr...

I highly don't recommend getting a car finance through this bank. They will want to collect the whole loan payment instead of what Little your behind to get your car back. So instead of helping there customers stay in good standards with them and your self they'll just turn you down so fast. 1 year with them and first time going through a pump in life and just like that they will turn you down.

I financed with Santander because I had no credit ...

I financed with Santander because I had no credit I paid off the vehicle and my score was a 690 before I financed vehicles with this Bank Ever since I have been with this Bank, my credit score has been no higher than a 500. .I found out ANB is using the same account number on different loans that way my score stays low So I have to keep using them as a finance source. and they do not refund gap insurance even though one of their Associates says they do refund gap insurance John T senior vice president says they don't refund gap insurance. This Bank added Insurance on one of our vehicles even though we had insurance and it was proven. They never refunded the money this Bank locked our bank account because they did not get the title from another loan company. I paid off a car 17 months it was never posted on my credit file I had to file a claim with a Better Business Bureau against ANB ANB IS STEALING YOUR MONEY..

If you work a regular 9-5 this is one of the worst...

If you work a regular 9-5 this is one of the worst Banks in America to deal with...... No customer service after 5pm and they also tell you one thing and do another...... If you need a loan this is not the Bank to deal with

BEST BANK I ever done business with. Attentive, professional and helpful personnel. Beautiful, warm and bright decoration. Coffee is always hot. It is a family type operation. YOU FEEL WELCOME and not just a number.

THE ONLY PROBLEM: NO BRANCHES OUTSIDE OF TEXAS.... Plenty of out state ATMs

Last few times I called pay my car note. I believe her name is Bessie and she is just wonderful everytime I call. I always hope she is the one that answers when I call. Thanks Amarillo National for employing great people.

Unacceptable Customer Service from Jordan Scott in...

Unacceptable Customer Service from Jordan Scott in the Fraud Department. Provided the requested information + inquired if they required any additional information. No Response. Provided updated Dispute Form with information from new fraudulent charges. Inquired if they required any additional information. No response. Called the Main Branch + directed to Fraud Dept. as emailing appeared to not be the best form of communication for them. Touched base with and was informed by Ty there was an oversight on my claim and apologized for the lack of communication of what was pending in regards to this open item. I am out of state + cannot tend to this item in person. Inconveniencing my family around the holidays to remedy this item. Unacceptable.

I had a car loan with this bank. When I called to ...

I had a car loan with this bank. When I called to confirm a few details recently, I found out they attached me to a second car loan that I have no affiliation with: some other couple in some other town. They confirmed this was their error, but now I have had to contact the credit bureaus to dispute this and get it removed from my credit, which has been frustrating to say the least.

This bank prides itself on being a "small-town" bank, well I've been treated worse by this little "quaint" bank than any of the larger ones I ve dealt with; constant little irritations with going above limits, rude people, managers that are totally unhelpful, just as a short list. I m changing banks as soon as I can find the time don t get stuck with a nightmare of a bank

Christina Baker in the mortgage department is amazing. I thought buying a house was going to be alot more trouble than it turned out to be, and I think it's because Christina holds your hand every step of the way . Because of her today I closed on my new home and can now say I'm a homeowner.

Terrible company to work with. The best part is I ...

Terrible company to work with. The best part is I am stuck in a car note with them until I can pay it off. I will do my best to pay this note off in half the time. When you catch them in their own lies you are quickly met with an our policy has changed since then. When asked why consumers aren't informed of policy changes they simply say sometimes we do sometimes we don't.
