Good hotel very good hospitality, excellent food, staff very cooperative

This hotel has definitely lived up to our expectations through and through. From the excellent service and highly accommodating staff, which I appreciate very much, to the great pool, gym facilities and unbelievable breakfast buffet. Everything was just perfect. Even though the room feels a little outdated, it was very comfortable, kept in immaculate condition and all the necessities. super fast WiFi everywhere.

Nice hotel placed in the heart of shopping and restaurant district. Rooms very comfortable but make sure you not close to lifts. It can be a bit disturbing.

lobby looks nice, clean washrooms but couches and sofas in room were not clean

Comfortable, accessible and great for anyone especially anyone who wants to tailor clothes with the range of tailors located in the hotel. Great service from staff at the executive lounge. Highly recommended to stay at the executive lounge.

Good location, very nice bathroom and pretty nice bed for sleep. Only small gripe was the weird bed and TV placement.

You get half of Maine Lobster in Bangkok along with all you can eat buffet food. Too stuffed, otherwise great food.

The hotel is very clean and the chamber maids are really polite. The location of the hotel is amazing, near Platinum Fashion Mall, night markets are also at an acceptable walking distance from the hotel!

Rooms are alright but non smoking room are a problem and we have to pay a fine if we happen to smoke in the room. They should have smoking rooms.

5 star hotel in the middle of Bangkok city. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast buffet is delicious and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay if you are travelling to Bangkok to stay.

Nice, large and luxurious hotel but unfortunately the staff lack respect !!! The employee insisted on getting into the hotel and going to the hotel at 3:30 pm and kept going out at 12 o'clock exactly !!!!! And room service is slow and miserable

Good location - 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes drive from Siam Mall. A rich and excellent breakfast. There are no family rooms, but there are two connecting rooms on the floor.

Located in the heart of Bangkok, near the place to buy cheap fashion clothes, near Central World and Siam Emporium.

One of the greatest hotels in Bangkok. Far better than the other branches of it. Right in the heart of shopping area in Bangkok. Usually always accessible by taxi and any other transportation. But being the heart of prime shipping area - traffic is a huge issue for the hotel. Otherwise highly recommend.

It's another great place to host a wedding.

Excellent location and hotel staff..we stayed at the executive wing on the 33rd floor and had an awesome experience. The staff at our wing especially Miss A (her nickname) was polite and very professional..will be back soon.

Excellent breakfast. Bed is very comfortable. Clean. Nice and attentive service. The elevators are very slow. Reception was less efficient but overall very nice hotel.

This was probably sixth time I was staying at Amari Watergate, Bangkok.
They have done renovation of the Amaya coffee shop and the menu now includes a variety of Indian dishes.
I am sure they are getting quite a lot of Indian tourists these days.

Love this place. Can't fault it. If only I could spend such a leisurely time having breakfast every day with such a choice of food, hot or cold. Probs the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel; bed is really comfortable with scrumptiously soft pillows. Well done Amari!

I have been a regular guest with Amari holding a platinum card and went here recently for one night. We got an upgrade to the refurbished rooms. Despite the fact that they look very cold the whole corridor was stinking from glue as works were still executed so that you could rarely breath. We requested an old room and got it, much better and more cozy though wear and tear everywhere. There was no in-room dining available and the breakfast was the same shame than what we experienced recently in Amari Don Mueang Airport hotel, surely all justified by anti covid measures. We will not return.

Great as ever. Great room near all the major brand / shopping center but next to a traditional old style Thai market. Across the road from the famous Platinum mall.

I am in love with this hotel. The staff is amazing, the room service is fast and good. The location is perfect and when they do make a mistake, they go above and beyond to fix it. Very happy about our choice, everyone should stay here.

I was hoping for it because it was expensive, but honestly I was dissatisfied with the lack of room facilities.
I checked in with my friend, who was accustomed and had to pick up my trunk, but I dragged heavy luggage and went to the room.
The refrigerator in the room was not on at the beginning, and I touched the outlet a little, and it turned on. Is it bad contact?
Also, the phone in the bathroom was out of line, and if I was washing my clothes in the wash basin, it leaked water and I got a person to repair it, but apparently water from the hole in the wash basin Because it is a situation that comes out, please do not wash in the washbasin but wash in the bathroom.
I was surprised that there was no leakage even if water came out of the hole in Japan.
It was said that the telephone line was cured, but no call was possible.
Also, the doorknob was rattling, and the place to put the card at the entrance was stuck with double-sided tape.
Because we could not change room, we stayed in the room for 2 days.
The mysterious twisting projection in the bathroom also comes off the lid, and it moves even if it comes off, so I turned it, but I did not see anything moving and I did not know what it was for. Perhaps a ventilation fan for toilets and bathrooms?
At first, I entered the room with the boy who guided me to the room with my friend's luggage. I thought there was no explanation, and there was no particular explanation. I left the baggage and left.
At a different hotel, I was a little sad because there was a service where the luggage arrived shortly after Mr. Nakai in Japan carefully explained the equipment of the room, how to use the TV etc. .
The pool is open until 22:00 so you can relax. I was happy to get a towel at the pool at 21:30.
It was around 22:15 that I wiped my body, put on my jacket and returned the towel, but I was glad to serve with a smile.
Because it was a non-smoking room for my friends, I went down mainly to smoke at the entrance.
It was said that smoking was also possible on the 8th floor terrace, but apparently it did not appear on the terrace when the pool was closed, so I went down to the first floor.
Breakfast was really amazing! There were so many kinds that I couldn't eat and all were delicious and very enjoyable.
On the way there was a happening that was lowered while putting the room key and the ashtray as a substitute for a chloret can at the table, but I prepared the table immediately and remember the drink I had And the staff went to get it.
This is my honest opinion.

Very nice to stay at amari Watergate Bangkok and verry happy with a service with staff name is Ms.Samai and Ms. Sirada night shift. I will back again.

The hotel is very wonderful !! Its location is excellent and close to the market, the lobby is stately and the rooms are beautiful, tidy and coordinated !! Overlooking the city, it has almost all facilities !! All bathrooms are equipped with a water hose which is very comfortable for Muslims !!
The hotel management understands and listens to the views !!
