Glad you got rid of that ridiculous handling fee. Since the previous owner sold this business almost 2 years the service hasn't been the same. The staff are cold and uninviting. Time to make some changes to your customer service! :-( The 2 star rating is for your lackluster customer service. The products are still fine.
One of the best coffee roasters in melbourne. Beautiful aromas complements all their coffees which are roasted on order. Must try the golden espresso and kosh roasts.
Cheap coffee beans that are burnt, bitter and subpar! Also called to have them remove a coffee booth from my premises, only to have them ignore me and not turn up on several occasions. Leo is a liar who tried to blame my staff for his gross incompetence and will try to scam you at any opportunity he gets. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
