Glad you got rid of that ridiculous handling fee. Since the previous owner sold this business almost 2 years the service hasn't been the same. The staff are cold and uninviting. Time to make some changes to your customer service! :-( The 2 star rating is for your lackluster customer service. The products are still fine.
