Hotel was big and nice. There was not much to complain about. The room big enough. Bathroom had only a shower. No tub. What I did not like was the mattress. Much too soft to my taste. The breakfast was ok

I am only writing for the pool: situated in a very nice location, accessible through local means of transportation, access to snacks and cold drinks and really clean. There was a kid pool beside the main pool.
4 stars just because it was really packed - really really crowded that day and for not having a proper pool bar.

Have a good weekend at the end of August. Nice indoor pool and we were able to take advantage of the outdoor facilities given the good weather (well-maintained outdoor pool) so an excellent memory with good quality breakfast, fairly classic buffet style but nothing more. Proximity to the city center is an asset because country feel at the hotel itself

The pool is really too cold. We were not even able to take advantage of it ... even though we had taken the hotel for its beautiful swimming pool ... and the people around us were surprised by the water temperature: / at the price of the stay + of 450 euros not even the right to a heated swimming pool? No tea bar at the pool too bad and the sauna and hammam area is far too small for the size of the hotel.

The location is about 12 minutes outside of the city. The rooms are very nice. The shower had good pressure. They have an adequate gym and a very nice pool with a steam room and a sauna attached. The room service were very kind and the check-in staff were great and gave us suggestions on where to eat dinner in town.

This is how something was missing. And the staff is friendly and the room was spacious and clean. And the Internet is normal speed. Excellent parking. Breakfast is certainly not such a choice in German hotels, but no one was left hungry. That is how cold, this hotel seemed to me.

Great hotel, looks neat, tidy and clean. The wellness is super! Too bad there are no balconies in the rooms. In comparison, this hotel is 100x better than the Hilton hotel, which is 500 meters away.

The place where I stay when in Lux. Very relaxing atmosphere, nice bar, good food, spacious rooms. For those who like swimming there are in- and outdoor swimming pools

Clean, up to date decor and amenities. It was warm the week I was there, so A/C would have been nice but does not exist.

Completely off the beaten track (5.5 km to the center) but a busy and noisy street right in front of the door.

The rooms are actually ok, only the air conditioning cannot be adjusted very well.
The beds are an absolute disaster. The mattresses are incredibly soft and saggy. Back pain is not long in coming here.
Unfortunately, showering is no fun here either, unstable temperature and hardly any water pressure ...

The breakfast is nowhere near the 4 star standard.
There is powder scrambled eggs and a non-edible powder coffee from the machine.
Unfortunately, croissants didn't make the freshest impression either.
The half-empty buffet was only refilled after several tips from annoyed guests.
Good service is different.
Overall, unfortunately, rather disappointing!

Very pleasant and quiet hotel, however for a 4 star, I find that it lacks services. The pool and hammam / sauna area is great and clean. Too bad the temperature of the pool water is cool. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The dishes were very good however the prices are high. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and offered a choice of sweet and savory. The pastries and breads are very good. We wanted to test the bowling alley but it closes at 10 p.m. and it is billed 15th for 1 hour. Too bad it is not included in the price of the room. In summary a pleasant weekend.

At the shower level, a mobile shower head would be better for me.
To be picky, pay attention all the same to the limestone of the lavatory faucet for a more fluid flow but nothing alarming. The room itself was clean, the indoor pool was nice, cold but you get used to it quickly. The jets under water are also nice.
The outdoor pool was closed but big.
There is a relaxation area, bar, restaurant and other. A large parking. Good point for this hotel. No problem with the staff, apart from the maids a little setback probably due to the language barrier but we will return.

Quite nice hotel. Big tv,comfortable bed,tasty breakfasts. Advantage for me is a swimming pole about 20m long,with sauna.

Went here for a conference, hotel is nice and luxurious, situated about 20 minutes drive from the centre of Luxembourg, amongst the forest, which at the moment is not very green, but plenty of blossoms, very colourful and picturesque.
While here we had something to eat at La Veranda. We ordered the chicken salad and the Luxembourg salad, which was all meat with a bit of greens, the chicken was snitzel style, and a huge portion.
The chicken was very nicely cooked, It was O.k nothing to write home about.
For a salad at lunch, hit the spot!!!

Very nice people. Everything was okay, little things nothing is satisfied. For example, shower water var too little.

The beds are very hard, the pillows super thin and the comforters too small for Dutch people. The pool is nice but can be a little warmer. This is not a 4 star hotel for us

We love this spa hotel, only the last time we came we had the misfortune to go out for dinner and when we came back we ran out of parking space. The reception hadn't even informed us that there was an event in their party hall, which is a real shame as it is one of our favorite establishments in Luxembourg. The receptionist found no other solution than to tell us to go to the other parking lot (much further from the hotel). This incident is still unfortunate because the reception is generally impeccable. However we will come back hoping that it does not happen again ...

Condition of the room, cleanliness, impeccable quality of service.
I didn't want to take away 1 star because for the price it's perfect but the pool water should be a bit hotter, and the breakfast is really poor in choice.
Nevertheless I recommend for a couple's night and relaxation.

The place is hady and lovely and outside the city, a beautiful calm at night and spectacular views of the day, prices are rather high but in return the hotel is fantastic

As far as clean and tidy (except for a few hairs that were not completely eliminated when cleaning in the bathroom / sink from the predecessor).
What does not work: the partially transparent glass door to the bathroom (opposite the wardrobe)! As you can see, when the fellow traveler is sitting on the toilet .....
Free parking / ample parking at the house.
Not far from the city center (about 5km).

If you have been to a real 4 star hotel before, the difference is immediately noticeable. A clean hotel that has to work on many things. Personnel isn't polite anymore. Rooms are small and very clean, but the fitness room is only equipped with old machines, breakfast could be better (coffee in particular), in the open areas you can't enjoy the peace and quiet.

If you are looking for a good hotel you are definitely in the right place, but if you are looking for a real 4-star hotel as we hoped for when booking, it is the wrong choice.
For this reason we consider whether we should leave before.

In itself, this hotel is in a good position. However, it says it is a spa hotel. However, relaxation does not occur due to the busy thoroughfare.

The Internet is a catastrophe, which in today's times simply shouldn't be anymore, sometimes it stalls or even fails completely).

The range of active options is quite good (pool area, fitness (sometimes a bit simple) bowling and the outdoor variants for warmer times).

Breakfast is a huge problem! Terrible coffee, powder, simple sausage selection, cheap sausages, simple fruit, overwhelmed, not particularly flexible staff ...
Long is not filled up, only after multiple inquiries.
Even the evening bar staff is a bit overwhelmed with larger groups and seems unfriendly to irritable.

In addition, this hotel is quite a long way off and cannot really be reached without a car.

Unfortunately not a great recommendation. Just an ordinary business hotel ...

It is a big hotel. I will stay well. And I have never used it, but there seems to be a pool too.

Booked during business trip. Room is spacious and clean. Only issue is if you booked a room on the 5th floor, there is no air conditioning but they switched it to a different room upon complaining. Has free tennis courts outside and a pool. Plenty of parking. Food at the hotel was bland. Standard hotel for work

A pleasant hotel with a good breakfast and a fairly wide seating offer.

We have stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room was somewhat small and outdated. We could not use the wellness much because it was immediately overcrowded.
We had reserved an end-of-year buffet, but when we arrived at the buffet, we were still waiting for a long time until we were assigned a place. Our table still had to be set while we sat at our table .. We waited 45 minutes before someone came to ask what we would drink. The buffet was disappointing! No flavor in the cod with anise sauce and the 'rice with saffron' was without saffron. Pastries were not fresh. Expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel. On the contrary the brunch was great! And there was a friendly welcome.

Nice hotel to stay, nice rooms, good facilities and friendly staff. Completely meets my expectations.

In the weekend always crowded, because there are 5 party halls and parking lot so full, the hotel does not differentiate between hotel customers or people who pass for the events of the day. Difficult to find a place close if not it is downright far.
If not modern clean places.
The indoor pool water temperature is limited to hot, lukewarm.
Breakfast superb beautiful banquete, but is closed early the service normally breakfasts are until 11 am here until 10.00 sharp.
The restaurant offers good dishes, but it is not cheap at all, a tomato / basil soup 19.00euro, or a goat salad 21.00euro, steak from 29.00 euro without hot vegetables, with hot vegetables 36euro. A 33 beer in the barrel 4.20. Hyper expensive so obliged to go out to eat in town,
I find Como, even for the cafeteria / restaurant price ratio, to be totally unfair in the service that it gives to customers during their stay. (a lot less)
