Their main customer series here and it can be difficult to get a dedicated person to assist you but once you do you can usually move things along fairly quickly... If you push it.

Really hard to reach them. It s been months since the ECQ... we ve been trying to reach out to the customer service representative and the sales who was handling us but to no avail.

I just had the worst experience in your booth at trinoma. Your staff was so rude and doesn't have any manners. I don't know her name but I will surely remember her face. The management should not hire someone who has no manners and doesn't know how to accommodate customers. I am very dissapointed. I hope you take actions.

One of the most-known real estate developers in the Philippines and one of Ayala Land Incorporated's subsidiaries. They have bunch of employees and they often have job hiring which gathers a lot of applicants during the scheduled date of interview. They give opportunities to those who are just about to start their journey in their professions.

If you're residing outside the Philippines and plan to purchase a condo, make sure you go over the process with your property investment consultant in detail how to refund your deposit before you sign!

When I asked about it, we were told it was very easy. I didn't worry too much because we used a credit card for the deposit. Don't give them cash.

Our condo isn't scheduled to be completed until 2023 and alot can happen between now and then.

Alveo Land is a subsidiary of Ayala Land, one of the Philippines' largest real estate development companies, better known as the developer of the premier financial hub and central business district in the area around Ayala Avenue in Makati City. Alveo is known to focus on upscale, luxury developments.

Be careful when buying. Our unit is of poor quality. Kitchen countertop is damaged. Walls are chipping. Gaskets are ripped. Alveo will say subcontractors are pulling out hence the trouble in getting things fixed pre-turnover.

Maybe my expectations were just too high for an Alveo property.

Once they get you to buy a unit, the processing takes forever before turnover. There is lack of coordination within the organization. Very disappointing for a so called big property company.

Nice amenities and they have a respectful guard to great every time you visited.
