We were with our grandson in the Christmas fairytale THE SMALL GESPENST and it was great! He was fully involved and got carried away.
The theater itself is small and intimate ... it has gained in total by the modern lounge and remains for us in Harburg THE theater ....
Negative: warm and poorly ventilated (how could that have been in midsummer?!?), The seats smell unpleasantly of cleaning chemicals; little legroom.
Positive: from all places quite good view of the stage, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, affordable prices. The piece "Vincent wants sea" was played very well by the main actor (only the doctor was difficult to understand); within easy walking distance there's parking in a large parking garage
The theater itself is fine. Quite small and incredibly tight. Really not very convenient for tall people. The piece we watched was very good and the staff at the entrance etc very nice, polite and courteous. Everything went really quickly and smoothly. Would definitely go to the theater again!

The kangaroo chronicles 2 get a fat "funny" stamp! I was a little unsure because books and audio books are great, but I really enjoyed the evening. Praise especially to the set design!

Very successful new building. Unfortunately saved at the hall. The chairs I know since I was 8 years regularly until the 20 year of jesus with my grandma and her friends was there.
Always an interesting game plan, family atmosphere. In the anteroom is the Helms Lounge, a restaurant with Afghan cuisine. Before the performance, during the break or afterwards, a refreshment or a meal is recommended.
"Happy 90 seconds" such a great piece. I didn't even know beforehand that the Harburg Theater even existed. My mistake! I'll do that again.

Have today "Vincent wants sea" watched! It was a very good piece, entertaining with excellent acting performances. I really hope that the other songs in this season will be so good.
We attended the ANOUK performance by Musicel Kids Hamburg and were thrilled; the view from all seats is good.

The Christmas fairy tale Findus and the rooster did not remind me of the characters of the book from the actors. The rooster was great. For 40 minutes as a Christmas fairy tale with 14 euros for adults the accompanying persons are too expensive.

The Helmssaal remained standing in the 80s and is a listed building. For a successful event, everything is available and there is also the good catering business.
It is very nice that there is a theater in Harburg. The program is very varied. Unfortunately, too few young people attend the performances, which is also due to the choice of pieces.
