You can get high package and also can get freedom. But your career will not grow. No job security. They will fire you without reasons if you are in bench.

Initially, they call you for an interview and they conduct Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. They said you are selected wait for two days we'll call you after getting approval from management.
I have been waiting for 1 month, because of this s*** response, I lost some other offer.

I am working here as a Staff Software Engineer for past 2 and half years. Out of my total experience of 6+ years, this one of the best company I have worked. They have very good clients and projects. You will get a good learning curve here. Job safety is good if you are ready to upgrade yourself to the trend and business requirements. Employee friendly policies. They maintain good infrastructure. They are offering competitively good appraisal. Regular fun events and outings.

Worked for 1.5 years. Good company with friendly people. They won't let you down during tough times... Recommend it!

IAM giving this rating because of interview process... But the place is good. Company looks are also good. Because of that don't think you as an Google to ask interview questions like that. Remember that you are an service based company.

I personally feel that their management is so sweet as long as you are in the project. Once you send your resignation then they start to show their another face. They are too worst after you put down your papers. They don t respond to your calls and emails at all. I have ever seen such kind of management in my experience.
In the other hand, they don t give joining bonus after completing three months as they committed and they don t give allowances as they said. I strongly recommend don t choose this company as a priority if you have multiple offers in hand.

Worst ever place to work. Please don't join this company. This is an outsourcing company lead by manager who doesn't know about professionalism
