I personally feel that their management is so sweet as long as you are in the project. Once you send your resignation then they start to show their another face. They are too worst after you put down your papers. They don t respond to your calls and emails at all. I have ever seen such kind of management in my experience.
In the other hand, they don t give joining bonus after completing three months as they committed and they don t give allowances as they said. I strongly recommend don t choose this company as a priority if you have multiple offers in hand.
