Flawless annual maintenance check-up by Craig. In fact, a day after having a full Fall-furnace check-up, I thought that I heard something unusual from the furnace, and Althoff sent someone (Mike) out immediately. As it turns out, it was my error, or at least nothing that they had done wrong or failed to do, but they took care of everything with a positive attitude, and left me feeling very confident that my systems are ready for winter. Very professional!

I can't recommend Althoff highly enough. Customer service over the phone was wonderful. Technician that came out to inspect my A/C was incredibly thorough and described all of my options to me in great detail. The sales rep that put together my quote didn't try to upsell me and made me feel like I was making the right purchasing choice. Installers were on time, courteous, and worked a 12 hour day to get my A/C and furnace installed.

All in all, I'm super happy I chose to go with Althoff, and surprised how great their customer service was considering how inexpensive their service seemed.

I have always thought.."I can clean my own furnace". I'm very handy so I never hired anyone. Had some furnace problems last year so I hired althoff this yr. Glad I did!! The tech discovered partly blocked flu from a nest. Could of caused a fire or carbon monoxide issue. I had it removed by a chimney sweep company but I was impressed at all the different things the tech from althoff checked. Great service and worth it for safety and peace of mind.

Althoff has completely removed, replaced and installed our water heater, furnace and air conditioning. If you looking for a company with high standards then Althoff is your company. Our technician went above and beyond. Due to a different company's improper installation of the drain pipe for our new furnace 2 years ago, the furnace was misfiring and we didn't have any heat. He tested and analyzed the problem and did the appropriate repair. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and explained when we had questions. We decided Althoff was going to be the company we used for maintaining our hvac equipment. Great job, thanks Althoff!

I have two ceiling fans one of which started making some noise I called up Althoff asked for someone specifically qualified ceiling fans. The other has irregular speed control condition. Technician arrived, cursorily inspected and I do mean cursorily, and promptly announced that both units needed to be replaced, non repairable. Both still work fine except for aforementioned problems. I also asked for a quote on a bath low voltage. Caching $266. Not a misprint. $266 for 40 minute service call. The best is yet to come. Two day s later a quote estimate $525 FOR INSTALLING A $15 TRANSFORMER which I then did myself in 20 minutes. I chose Althof because they have clean workers and good trucks. Perhaps the (honest) Polish guy in his own vehicle is still the best way to go.

Matt are had been my Technician for 20 years and now I downsized my home. Matt came out and assessed my equipment, I needed a new part on my furnace. He ordered and is installing later this week-just in time fir winter. That s great service. Nicole and Jessica have been fabulous on the phone lines too
