I have been a customer of Alter Professional Salon for a few months now and I must say, their services are average at best. The stylists are skilled, but they lack creativity and attention to detail. The overall atmosphere of the salon is pleasant, but the prices are quite high for the quality of service provided. I expected better results considering the reputation of the salon. I believe they have the potential to improve and provide great service.
