"Hotel policy" is 10 euros / day / child from 2 years and up. It was first said for breakfast, then it is mandatory per day. I wonder how much a 2-year-old child eats for 10 eur. That's how I paid and I didn't even have an extra bed. Tb 125 lei paid if you asked for it / day.

Very elegant restaurants, varied food, good and beautifully presented, very interesting spa, clean pool, maybe a little warmer water I would have liked. Themedly decorated, beautiful rooms. Polite staff. We enjoyed ourselves!

In 2020, to have that tired chiller in the room at 80 per night is somehow very "cheap" and oriented towards maximum profit.
Yes, I know you will say what you need AC in the mountains .. we are still talking about when you will be at 27 degrees in the room.
The only positive aspect found in this beautifully painted communist relic is the really well trained and polite staff.
I definitely don't recommend it and I won't come back.

Mountain hotel complex, spacious, warm apartments in the cold season, maintained in optimal conditions regardless of the situation. Meeting and conference rooms, various dining rooms and many on-site activities.
The pretty indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, fitness room. Besides these in snowy ski resorts

Disappointing value for money. The staff a little too arrogant (an embarrassing reception, too bad I had paid for everything I would have changed my mind), at the Deluxe double room where it was specified that it is a balcony as in the marketing picture to my surprise I did not have it found nowhere. At the sink the hot water was not at all ... much to say, but in the end an unforgettable experience in a bad way :)

Extremmely poor quality service. Also when complaining thd managemnt consideres acceptable to blame the guest rather than actually addressing the issue, by pointing out how they are not actually entitled to an opinion if they dont fully use the facilities, and by writing a big list of facilities and gained trophies. An old and poorly maintained property with a poor, untrained management, used to addressing customer issues by blaming them and flaunting a piece of paper that sais they have achieved service excellence.

It's a relatively close location, but you can get transport. It was a bit more difficult at first until we installed it, but we organized it for a longer time. I got the room I booked with the holiday vouchers, but it was a room for the entrance to the lounge and it felt like this. After the first night I asked and got another room.

I was there as the organizer of an event and this review reflects the overall experience.
Cannot complain much about the event services because the hotel staff was generally helpful. But:
- room cleaning did not happen in 21 out of 24 rooms, during our entire stay ( 3 nights). Not even towel replacement. This is completely inadequate for a presumably 4 star hotel.
- food was ranging from average to good.
- very little water and tea were given for the workshop. Really, that is not where the hotel should be so cheap. 24 adults staying for 9hr in a room will need more than 5 tea bags and a total of 0.5 liters of water/day/pers.

The spa was nice, with welcoming staff.

The hotel is welcoming with cosy, interestingly decorated rooms (the mocked fireplace is an absolute plus, expecially during winter nights).Still, the bathroom needs improvements for a 4* hotel and the price we paid. Friendly staff. Very tasty food and quite rich breakfast. Covid regulations in place. An experience to repeat.

I was surprised by the price I ask for the conditions offered.
I will write briefly what minuses and pluses were in the apartment where we were accommodated.
minuses:
-the shower was not working
-clogged sink
-total dusty balcony (no frills)
-the food is not very tasty
-admissible room service, they didn't bring coffee (I called 2 days in a row and nothing)
- a big trick with the offers, we had a 15% discount for the meal and at the end when we paid they told us that it was already included in the menu price
Pluses:
-beautifully arranged
-Satisfactory SPA
- spacious rooms

A wonderful hotel, the area of Brasov Romania, in winter suitable for a ski vacation, in summer for an amazing holiday in wooded area, suitable for families, great food, tastefully decorated rooms, rustic design and wooden furniture, the hotel has a heated pool and spa. In short it is recommended.

A superb hotel from all points of view! Everything is superlative and I would enumerate, the service was irreproachable, in 4 days of stay all the staff was very kind, helpful and attentive, very good food, congratulations to chefs and waiters who proved that together they make a hard to equalize team and here I would do a bracket, breakfast is very diverse and indestulatory, if you eat it the next meal you serve at 16-17 hours, I say these things in the codices where we have two very demanding children to eat and for which we worried but everything was ok . Also the services are irreproachable, the pool is super, the playground is the same with qualified staff, the location is ideal for the family and not only. The scenery and location of the hotel are also a dream! Make this appreciation compare this location with one of the same category in Turkey - Antalya!
REPEAT IT HAS BEEN SUPERLAVABLE!

Very disappointed with the services offered. First of all the staff at the entrance should smile and greet not pretend they saw something on the walls or ceiling. There is no coffee or tea in the rooms, which seems absurd to me at a 4-star hotel. And if you call the reception e.g. at 6 in the morning to ask for a coffee he answers you with I apologize but my colleague didn't come! It seems absurd to me. Children's playgrounds look horrible. Outside it is arranged on a parking space. No child safety. There is nothing on the floor to cushion a possible fall as would be normal. At one point it was an open door leading to some damp and rotten wooden stairs and very steep !!! The indoor playground looks even worse. Outdated rooms ... the cleanliness wasn't great.
Very disappointed.

The location offers spectacular views and the hotel has a lot of activities to offer, just as their website says. However, most of their services need improvement. The food was a great disappointment, not just in my opinion, but also my team of over 70 people from different parts of Europe. There was some variety in the menu but almost nothing tasted good and some starters were not even fresh. All rooms had mini-refrigerators, but none of them were functioning. My bathroom door couldn't be closed at all. Some of my colleagues who had rooms near the swimming pool experienced high humidity in the room. Few others couldn't sleep because the latenight party sound was loud despite closed windows. Overall, there are a lot of things this hotel could improve.
