There is room 1003 in the apartments.
We were 5 so the little one arranged an extra bed (photo attached) really not a hit!
The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and with a beautiful view! .
Do not plan on the kitchenette is not functional.
The beds are comfortable, the pool is amazing, a beautiful spa is invested with relatively low prices - recommended.
The food in the hotel restaurant is good, but the service ... wait an hour until you get the food ...
Overall a really recommended hotel with a large children's playground and good service.

Very nice, huge apartments, very friendly staff, good restaurants, good ski school and ski rental facility, big pool and spa. Highly recommended for a trip with kids. Only hic is the shuttle to go back and forth to the ski lifts, but it's very manageable.

I only used the hotel parking lot, the best way to leave the car. Avoid all the congestion in Poiana Bra ov !

Beautiful hotel in a very beautiful place. Were passing through. I liked the room, the son was delighted with a separate room with a sloping ceiling. Visited the pool and saunas. Food was satisfied. The main thing, of course, is that the hotel is located in the center of the snow-capped mountains, with serpentine roads.

The indoor pool is closed due to covid, and it doesn't write anywhere only when you get to the location after I take your money!

The hotel is cool. The rooms are very comfortable. And the staff are friendly.

The hotel is exactly what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The rooms were clean, food was delicious, the spa and pool are quite nice and so on, nothing extraordinary. There were way more kids than I would expect (this was in the summer season). Also, the location is a bit odd. It's placed on a hillside and in order to get down you have to exit uphill and go round to reach the city center and all the activities.

I really liked it, the steakhouse down by the lake was unbeatably good.

A luxury hotel ... it was not very warm in the room, but there is also hot air conditioning :))

It was a very nice stay, many people however, breakfast area is very full, ask the reception when is a good time to eat with less people. Everything else is good. A room per night was 99 eur for us.

All the staff are really nice, the restarant have good food, everyone are really helpful.
Good location, pretty close to the sloops, they have all day long free shuttles to the sloops.
The room is ok, they only had twin beds that they put together and cover it, it was ok at the end.
Nice lobby to sit in at the end of the day.

A great location where you can dine, has an excellent base for relaxation and massage, the staff is very friendly and attentive.

I was in three restaurants in the hotel and the food is like a canteen. At breakfast you can find Fornetti and waffles from Kaufland. A glass of wine from the house, some water, at the price of wine from the collection. Paps with syrup + whipped cream at tube = tiramisu ??? In the room, the wallet and the sink are not washed daily. They have camerists - ethnic cohabiting men. Instead, towels, gowns and bed linen are impeccable. In warm room, comfortable mattress and modern TV. The hotel wanted to be in retro style with decorations, but because the light is tricky, the lanes are narrow and there is much brown on the walls and on the ground, it has an old air.

No garbage bin in the room (I put a garbage bag) the decal tub and in some places silicone glued (I think they did not have much and saved) under the old toilet paper wipes from other clients (I think they are left for the memory) the outlets are out of the wall (I think they have so many volts on them that they went out unwillingly) the sink from the bathroom that was drilled (to drain the water faster) I asked the air conditioner (they told me to open the glass (I think or thought in the club and played with them) Small TV (you need to watch him / half of the programs do not work) The door should be with your shoulder (it is swollen a little bit of the door and waiting to fall asleep) the water in the tub does not drain (we asked for a bucket to take the water to put it in the toilet) in the closet no more than 2 blouses (winter come in slip tourists) but the best thing is clean (only the bed makes it and takes your garbage bag). Doors that do not close, old dirty carpet, terrible mattress, drainage in the faulty bathroom. The only 4 * hotel where you sit on the toilet with your feet in the water.

It's a perfect location for spending time with family, friends. The hotel provides a playground for children and adults alike. The food is very good and the price-quality ratio is excellent

I am staying during this period at this "wonderful" hotel, participating in a course organized by the institution I belong to. I'm staying right under the hotel reception at room 105. I mention that I can't imagine how the hell it has so many stars, because everything is almost execrable (except for the beautiful rooms)

1. Half of the employees (maids and waitresses are Filipinos) are hardworking. I continuously suck in the hallways, thus exciting my senses all day long.

2. I came accompanied by my wife and child, for which I obviously paid for accommodation, 100 lei per day for the wife, 50 lei per day for the child. I have a meal included, and for them I have to pay 50 lei for my wife and 25 lei for a child for each meal. I mentioned that my son will not eat at the restaurant, and the reply was fabulous: THEN HE HAS NOTHING TO DO IN THE RESTAURANT. I probably had to leave it in the room or in the reception, because it was forbidden (they thought we were eating about 2-3 sandwiches on the counter).

3. The food is MUCH below everyone's expectations, we are stuffed with eggs, cream sausages, steak that is not eaten at lunch, it suddenly appears in the evening menu.

4. The head of the room, a nice man dressed in a gray suit, simply walks by every table and does a kind of search / census to see who we are, if we paid for the child and wife, and if we say that the son does not he eats, he watches over us as criminals who come with the idea of assassinating them culinary / economic.

5. Playground: the lady at the playground is the queen of the sictir, I don't know how such a person can be around the children (and it is agreed quite often, the playground having a schedule until 22.00, she leaves at 20.00)

6. The pool is ok, the sauna is ok, the fitness room is reasonable.

7. I noticed that the waiters are so zealous that they don't even let you finish the plate, and they subtilize your plate with food in it, politely asking you ... ARE YOU MORE SERVING? I understand that we have to eat as little as possible and go to work, but not really. We are exactly like in prison, with the guards watching us not to make signs at the table, etc ...

8. CONCLUSION: I never recommend this hotel, except for a nice room, and a good pool. Otherwise, services, food and more, are for 2 stars.

I am a very pretentious person, but I don't have any disadvantages to give to this hotel, maybe the only thing would be that the furniture in the rooms should be changed with something new, otherwise I have nothing to say bad, grade 10 !!!

Experience 3 stars. I stayed with the impression that I was in an overestimated place. First of all, the smell of the room, especially due to the walls completely covered with textile wallpaper, a part of it dating back to the 70's. The furniture is quite outdated, although it is made of solid wood and it is seen to be worn out. The door of the refrigerator was not closed, the racks on the bedside barely stood, they had to be handled with care. In the bathroom, the little details made the difference, in the bad, the siphon was missing, the bathtub battered with a vase, over the tile applied the same sad wallpaper, plus the bathroom door could not be closed. The double bed was actually composed of 2 twin beds over which a mattress was applied, from which I felt like skating each night. The balcony of the room looks like in the 80's. On the terrace in front of the balcony, full of cigarette butts. The pool is beautiful, very large, enough sunbeds, very pleasant atmosphere, well-maintained saunas, sin of the powerhouse that is the same, 80s style, inoperative appliances, dark smell. The Forest restaurant looks good, the staff is involved and professional, good food (except bolognese pastas that have nothing to do with reality), the breakfast included in the room price is very ok, varied, quality products, irresistible presentation. The restaurant's terrace is a bit neglected in the sense that it cleans up rare tables, dirty ashtrays, and anandal chairs. Overall, I would not say that it is a 4 star hotel, the services are 3, but it is admired that it is an enormous complex and the general note is somewhere at 8.
