Company emails customers slandering their former employees. Gross. Nobody cares, go away.

Run. Choose another printer. They printed posters for me that were blurry and unacceptable, and the mounting bubbled. They reprinted them on different material and then wanted to charge me for materials. They can't print on paper so they blamed me for ordering the posters be printed on paper instead of vinyl. No satisfaction, no apology. Customer does not come first at Alphagraphics in Metairie. I'll never use a printer I'm not familiar with again, just because I like another franchisee in another state. Total FAIL by Alphagraphics - Metairie.
