In January I ordered shutters from Lowe's with Alpha Systems being the manufacturer. It is now March 14 and I still don't have them. I've been lied to by Rita at Alpha telling me my order went out last week and to email her and she'd give me a tracking #. I've emailed her 3 times and she won't respond. I contacted Lowe's AGAIN and they contacted Alpha and was told the order still hasn't gone out. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware. UPDATE, finally got shutters and they weren't packaged well at all, not wrapped or anything just stuck in a box and one had a corner broken off because of it.

I unfortunately have had a very negative experience in regard to Alpha Systems Inc. and it is still ongoing.
I made an order through Menards in late May of some shutters. I unfortunately still have not received and it has been almost three weeks. I did contact customer service multiple times regarding the issue. In my first phone call I left a message, which was never returned, then when I did talk to someone, I was initially told that there was a missing part, and that the part had in fact been included and the shutters would be in the Mankato, MN Menards store by Friday June 16th. I checked the tracking status today and the the shutters were still "on order" and were not even "ready to ship". My first question is what "part" is missing, there aren't any parts on a pair of shutters? I feel as though I was simply fed this line because someone on the other end didn't do there job. I called again, and today received the same information, which I thought was interesting because the person I talked with in customer service on Monday told me the "part" was being added that day. I'm typically not one to voice concern over such issues, but I felt it necessary as I was not getting any information whatsoever from the company and the information I was being given simply doesn't seem to add up.
