I just was hoping for some help and guidance on a printing project. Your people were very unfriendly and made me feel like it was a chore to help me. I just really don t want to come to this location again.

I work for a non-profit that coordinated a local conference last month. We were in need of conference booklets and wanted to print with a local company. Janette and the AlphaGraphics team were responsive, professional, and easy to work with, and the booklets turned out beautiful. They were exactly what we wanted, and at a very fair price. We will be reaching out to AlphaGraphics again for future printing projects; thank you!
Very helpful people very friendly and also willing to talk to you to make sure that you got everything that you need and everything is perfect for you thank you guys for being in our community
Just needed some copies done, Not the most impressive customer service, was told to use the self serve copier. I don't mind paying a little more for a service and would have preferred to not use the DIY method.
Horrible Customer Service; We ordered some postcards for printing and after a long hold my wife was told they would be ready by 5:00 Pm. Upon arrival at 5:00 PM the clerk said they would not be ready for another 30 to 40 minutes.
These guys are completely technologically inept. Since they're the closest print shop to my apartment, I've gotten a few prints of my artwork made here. Every time has been a bit of a pain, it's clear the shop owners and employees know next to nothing about printing graphics, especially adjusting printing settings on the computer.
I just spent an HOUR waiting for TWO of the workers here as they attempted to rotate an image 90 degrees. A task that can be accomplished in 1-click in windows image viewer/editor.
If you're looking to get prints of any kind of artwork, this shop is not for you.
The Starbucks at Crossroads shopping center, Grant & Swan Rd in Tucson AZ, has banned smoking outside at their tables, but subsequently tobacco addicts who bought Starbucks drinks then began sitting down at the tables at the adjacent Alphagraphics. Alphagraphics wisely taped large no smoking signs on their table tops, but today when I complained to the Alphagraphics "manager" about a nicotine junkie smoking at their table anyway she refused to even say anything to the substance abuser.
Best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Kim was very helpful when it came to answering my questions and expediting my work. I will be making this place my primary stop for any and all of my printing and mailing needs.
