Growing business in Nashville that is expanding from other markets into Tennessee. They specialize in Environmental services and are a key factor to making sure the new boom of businesses and residential homes are keeping the land and water sources in a good state once construction have begun. Also continuing and maintaining afterwards. Be on the lookout for an explosive growth from them in the close future and rest easy that they are on the job.

This company sent 3 workers into our neighborhood today apparently to remove construction dirt from our residential road. Instead of shoveling the red dirt off the road 2 of the workers put backpack blowers on and using FULL power they blew hugh clouds of dust all over seven houses. There is dirt now covering our driveways, patios, windows and brick. They showed complete disregard to the homeowner who signaled them to stop and then when they left in their truck they asked how we were today and laughed.
Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, rude behavior.

Horrible to work for! You are not compensated enough for your time or ware and tare on your vehicle. And when you resign, your paycheck will not be what it is supposed to!

Their company vehicle hit my car while it was parked correctly on the side of the road. Tried getting in contact with their insurance and kept getting the runaround from them. Then tried contacting AEM's Missy Thomas about it only for her to hang up on me and tell me not to call again. Very professional guys.

Alpha emc builds a great opportunity for individuals who crave a fast pace environment. Management was great and always helped. The work environment is construction and expect changes in this type of work at any given moment. You can move up in this company very quickly. I suggest that at each promotion to take at least 2 years in said position to make sure that you fully understand your role.

I have worked at Alpha EMC for a year and I love the people and the family environment. As a young professional I have been able to gain a wide variety of experience and make connections both professional and personal that I hope to have for a lifetime. The working hours are typically 8-5 Mon - Fri in the office, give or take depending on how busy you are or any special projects that may arise. Its also a plus that we get to work so closely with the partners of the company because they truly care about each and everyone of their employees and clients.

I highly recommend Alpha as a business or as an employer!

Horrible employer. Quitting was a pleasure. The higher ups expect a ton of work and don't adequately compensate you for your time nor the heavy load put on your car.

This is a hell hole and sweat shop. I was led to believe this is an excellent company for which to work. Bahaha, this couldn't be further from the truth. I worked for them about seventy-one days, and during that time, I came in early most days, left late most days, and NEVER EVER did I get caught up with performing my job.

I did the right thing by leaving, giving no notice.

Hopefully someone will read this review if they think about ALPHA EMC as a place they would like to work. AND, the benefits are way too expensive. Obamacare insurance is cheaper!

Don't go to work for them. You'll be sorry if you do.
