I had a plumbing check today due to an emergency. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I gave a 4 stars only as Mike was not told that I was supposed to also have the plumbing check and he thought it was just for the emergency that he fixed in seconds. He did do the complete check but I had to walk him through to ensure that he doesn't miss anything. Good I had 2 plumbing checks before so I know what he was supposed to do. It would be good that the office communicate better in the future. Thank you

AllTech recently installed a new sump pump in my toe home. Technician Mike A. was very personable and professional.

Most importantly, Josh was courteous. He was knowledgeable about the HVAC equipment and how the changes in seasons affect the indoor temperature. He answered all my questions and helped me discover some closed dampers. Thus improving the cooling in my home. Thank you Josh and Alltech!

Brian knew what the problem was and fixed the leaking issue from the toilet. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very tidy. Mike- our Service Rep, came in and immediately found the issue but still took the time to check all other possibilities for leaks to make sure there weren't any other contributing issues. He had the new garbage disposal on his truck and was in and out in 20 min. We have exclusively used AllTech for the past 5 years and will continue.

Victor was the HVAC technician Who came yesterday to do the Summer check up on my air conditioning system. He arrived right on time and the first thing he did before he even came inside was put on his shoe coverings which I greatly appreciate it. I watched as he did the check up just because I like to understand things in my home as well as I can, and it was really interesting. He s the first person /the first company that hasn t always found something wrong with my system to try to upsell me something else. This is a two-year-old HVAC system and I really appreciated just hearing that everything was in great condition. I am a homeowner/mortgage holder and I like the comfort and convenience of knowing that I have a service plan for what I consider to be essential s like heating and air-conditioning. Lol! I just switched after five years with a different local Ashburn company that I was not very satisfied with when two friends (separately) recommended AllTech to me.
So far so good! I couldn t have been more pleased with the prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service that I received from AllTech and their technician yesterday. 5-stars or I d even give them more if it were a option. #HappyCustomer!

My cold water shut off valve got stuck off on a Thursday late morning. Alltech was able to send Jason out later on that same day. Jason, confirmed the issue and did an amazing job replacement my old valve with a new one along with premium modern copper fittings. Jason was pleasant and he did professional work at a fair price.

The team arrived five minutes before the appointed team and went right to work replacing an aged heater and air conditioning unit. They worked as a professional team, met every installation challenge they faced, and completed the installation well within the expected timeframe. After installation which also included a humidifier, ionization unit, and wifi controller, they took the time provide instructions and go through the operation of the new units. AllTech continues to provide excellent customer service. Jason Welch is an AllTech plumber who rebuilt our tankless water heater when the heat exchanger suffered a catastrophic failure. Jason successfully diagnosed all problems with the system, obtained the replacement parts quickly, and in a subsequent visit carefully and professionally rebuilt the water heater. Throughout this process he explained every step, patiently listened to all of our questions, and delivered on every commitment. He's definitely a great ambassador for AllTech and I wouldn't hesitate requesting him by name for my future plumbing needs.

They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I had many questions on the specifics of the different units we were buying, and ended up replacing 3 furnaces, 2 A/C units, a water heater, and humidifier. I would highly recommend AllTech Services.

So shady I feel gross. These technicians tried to scam an elderly couple with fake claims of black mold, needing an entirely new HVAC system, and needing $18,000 in parts and labor for what was really a simple repair for a few hundred dollars. Absolutely disgusting praying on elderly. Do not give them your business.

$285 to clean a pvc drain pipe when I already have a monthly service agreement with them AND just had one of their technicians perform a preventative maintenance service just a month ago? Thanks but NO THANKS!

Jason was terrific! He was very thorough in checking my heating system, and when he left, he sent a detailed review of everything he did, complete with photos! I was amazed.

What I also like about this company is that they send a message wijth a photo identifying which technician is coming to the house. They also include tracking so you can see where the technician is along the way and what time he will be arriving. Jason also called when he was on his way to tell me what time he would be here. He was right on!

These people are the WORST. Diagnosed that I needed to replace a well pump, then took two days and 4 calls from me, to get an estimate. My insurance company called for the detailed work estimate and the only representative who had access to the file had LEFT FOR THE DAY AT 3:30 pm, after assuring me that he would wait for my call.

The installation crew was very careful in the interior of my home. They laid floor coverings and used booties. They were also careful carrying in equipment and ladders. They were knowledgeable, professional and on-time. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Fabian has done plumbing work at our house a few times. We ve been quite satisfied with his work - everything he has done continues to function as it should! He is polite and friendly but focuses on the work. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions/addressed my concerns. While working on a project he noticed another issue that he brought to our attention but did not push us to address it.

Agnes took my phone call recently when we discovered a water leak. I had several questions which she answered in a friendly and thorough manner! She was quite helpful.

Guys did a fantastic job- our house had an ancient system when we bought it- the two folks who came over pulled an almost 12-hour day putting in a new system and having to craft a lot of new features. Were very thorough in explaining new system and emergency features.

Highly recommend AllTech. We first used them when they were assigned to perform a repair while we were under a home warranty. While under the home warranty over the course of several years a few other companies were sent for various repairs. AllTech was our favorite. We no longer have the home warranty and now may choose any company we want. We chose AllTech for our recent AC repair and they did not disappoint! Staff is professional and courteous. Our technician Stewart Brooks was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and informative. We will no doubt be calling them for any future repairs!

Extremely impressed! Best customer service from beginning to end! A pipe burst in my house causing a major flood. Greg arrived quickly and had it fixed in no time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure the problem was 100% fixed before leaving. They also send you a text message when your technician is in route to let you know their eta, the name and photo of the tech as well as a bio. It made me feel safe having a heads up on who was coming to my home. I will definitely be using AllTech for any future plumbing, HVAC or gas needs!

I was a customer of Wittman Mechanical, which was acquired by AllTech around 2018. They have had turnover, replacing experienced technicians with junior ones. I can no longer recommend them.

I did $945.76 worth of business with AllTech with payments made to you on 5/1/2019 & 7/23/2019.

We were a long-term customer of Whitman Mechanical, and they were bought last year by All-Tech Services. We were a bit anxious about how this transition would affect the services provided to us for our HVAC. Our first scheduled maintenance was very smooth - and they sent the same technician who has been serving us for the past three years. We ended up renewing our annual service contract and couldn't be happier!

They arrived right on time. I got a text message beforehand, and I really like the ability to track where the truck is so I know when to expect them. He did great job.

Correy Kelley was great! Polite, professional and patient with all my questions. We had AllTech do our annual fall heat system checkup and everything is working well. Thanks AllTech for being honest and hiring great professionals like Correy...people make the difference in a service industry. Keep up the great work and excellent customer experience.

Jack was outstanding, he provided us with multiple options in repair or replace our system. Giving us the plus and minus 's of each option. We moved to All Tech a couple of years ago after less than pleasant experiences with a couple of local companies.
Looking forward to the installation of our new system. Technicians have been as straight forward as there sale people.

Service was excellent. The technician was right on time and did everything needed for our semi annual check up.

The technician arrived at the agreed time and quickly determined the cause of the problem and repaired it very professionally. I am very satisfied with the quality of service.

What I liked was that I was given a 2 hour window - then called back with a 1 hour window within that time. That was wonderful! Josh was friendly and good with dogs. Very respectful. However, he couldn't diagnose the problem so he guessed at what he thought it was and fixed that. But unfortunately, that wasn't it. So almost $400 later our air conditioning still doesn't work. Less than 24 hours after he left it quit again. The company wants him to sell service packages so he was very focused on trying to do that. I was tempted - because he told me that it would have saved me hundreds of dollars on the < $400 bill. Thank goodness I didn't. Don't really want a service contract with a company that can't diagnose my issue and charges even though the problem is still not diagnosed and I still don't have a working AC unit. I'll have to look for a new place - which is too bad. Ease of booking the appointment, convenience of the window - and the friendliness of Josh (and of course paying $390) really makes me wish that my problem was fixed by AllTech Services!

Cory explained everything before he did it, including any costs. he is a great teacher and I now understand my HVAC system. I highly recommend him.

Chrystal set up the appointment for me. She was very professional and set me up for a time convenient for me. Josh was the technician that came out for the check up. He was knowledgeable and courteous and did an excellent job.

AllTech Services, Inc responded to my call immediately and sent a service technician within the hour. My sump pump had an issue in which the alarm continued to set off. Miguel, the technician arrived, worked in a professional manner with appropriate PPE gear, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. In addition Miguel shared thoughts and information on how to keep the sump pump working efficiently for the future. I will most definitely use AllTech Services in the future.

An AllTech Services technician came out to inspect the water heater and cooling system for a condo we own. Following the inspection, he called to discuss issues and recommendations to extend the life of the heater. I acted upon his recommendation to install an expansion tank (a new code change) to help improve the system. I am happy and comfortable with the level of service.

Brian was polite, timely and solution driven. He was able to identify the source of the leak, replace the part, all with any issues. I highly commend AllTech for having Brian on their team. Well Done.
