Been coming here for years across 3 different companies. I ve had custom duct made from their metal shop. I ve purchased tools, parts and equipment before. Always reliable service and I love how will call orders are pulled before hand. Literally anything you need. In fact most the time it s easier just to come hear as opposed to other suppliers. Phone calls are always answered and processing warrantied is easy. Highly recommend.
Great place. The capacitor failed in our central ac unit. Brought the old one in, and the sales guy found a replacement in under a minute. This place looks like they would have any part you need. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
My a/c unit stopped working and when I called to schedule service I was told by my usual provider (Titan) that it would be the next week before they could come out. So I got online (YouTube is great) and started researching what the problems could be. It looked like the capacitor was one possibility. I removed the capacitor and took if to Baker, and although the guy at the counter was nice, he couldn't help me and couldn't sell me any parts. He did, however, recommend Allred's. The guy at the Allred's counter was helpful and sold me a replacement capacitor at a very reasonable price. Another guy who worked there looked at my capacitor and said he thought it looked good. He suggested I look at the contacts. I bought the capacitor anyway and, sure enough, it wasn't the problem. But I inspected the contact points and they looked sketchy. So I pulled the contacts and went back to Allred's. I purchased a new contact rack and, sure enough, my a/c unit started working. I appreciate the service at Allred's and recommend them highly to any do-it-yourselfer with the inclination and time. For less than $30 I got my a/c unit working again.
They always have what I need and are friendly. I like that I don't need an account to purchase some items here. I find their prices are just a little higher than what I find on random internet sites, but its worth it to have the item same day and not have to wait for shipping.
Never used them, but a Jeep plastered in their logo was driving aggressively, erratically, possibly drunk all over 215 at 3 in the afternoon
I had to replace the Ignitor in my furnace. I was able to easily confirm the part I needed and Brady explained exactly what I needed to do perfectly. He was able to get me an amazing price and help me get keep the family warm. I would definitely recommend Allred s!

Just fine and dandy. Guys helped me find what I needed. A swamp cooler motor. Price seems fair. I don t really buy these often but the staff was great.

Great place for contractors. If you need a part they will not sell to you (because you're not a contractor) try main street heating and cooling. Its really close.
If you need HVAC supplies, evaporative cooler parts, or duct and metal work, don't go anywhere else. I've been doing business with Allred's as a contractor for years. In that time they have consistently provided great service, selection, and prices!

When I made a purchase from Allred s I was told the return policy was bring it back unused and with a receipt we will take it back . My purchase was unopened in the box with the receipt and they declined the return. SHYSTERS!
Guy told me he worked here at Allred s for over 10 years and he said there is no such thing as a refrigeration trap also known as inverted trap made of copper these guys need more training for sure they have no clue to the industry
I went there after my AC broke. They were helpful and had the parts in stock. I was able to fix my AC and my family was happy. I am glad there is a store like this in the area.
Awesome supplier, one of my define go-to places. From a guy in the HVAC industry, they definitely know their stuff and always have what we need.
Went in looking for some help, they were not interested in helping me (older guy in a red polo at the front desk). Told me to go look in the aisles. I left, drove to Baker distributing, and received amazing help and service. I will not be back here again, for that lack of service I should have just gone to home depot.
I went in to ask about a new furnace and the young guy asked me twice if I was registered with them that's not what I asked him. Then you need to be a licensed contractor. I told him I am a licensed contractor. Why have a front desk to help people when you're not willing to help them even with a simple question. I guess you have to be a member of their exclusive Club to be treated courteously.
My A/C died and I didn't want to wait 3 days to get a new capacitor from Amazon. I went to the store, the clerk asked me what I needed, I showed him my old capacitor and he returned with the right part in maybe 10 seconds. I was in-and-out in less than 3 minutes. Really great place.
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I had never fixed an air conditioner before but they had exactly what I needed and made sure I was taken care of.
