I have a good feeling about this place when I'm there and I trust that the two veterinarians and their assistants and office help are doing their very best.

We took our 2 Holland Lop bunnies in for grooming. Trixie is a fuzzy lop and Paisley is a short haired. They did an amazing job! We are new to the area, so glad we took them there. Best grooming experience ever.

They are fantastic with my dog Bull and they even enjoy humans too!!!

All Pets Clinic was great with our new puppy. We never felt rushed during the appointment, or like we were a bother even after our 30 questions. Informative and is the perfect vet for our family.

I take my dogs and lizards here. It really helps taking them to a veterinarian who specializes in exotics. All Pets clinic is so personable, I feel like I am going to see a friend during office visits.

The receptionist was wonderful when I took Grace (my dog) last week. In fact Everyone was friendly and helpful! They took good care of Grace as if she were family (shes my family) They explained everything and answered all of my questions.I highly recommend them to pet owners!

Awful! i would never recommend them to anyone, not once did i see the actual vet only techs and staff and the woman at the front desk didn't want to be bothered and had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. absolutely horrible experience and as a result of their lack of knowledge had to put my parakeet down because they couldn't take five minutes to look at the bird without a $55 dollar exam fee. i didn't want the bird to suffer so we put her down. highly dissatisfied! what a joke these people are! don't let them fool you, they care nothing about your pets all they care about is money! For a vet who advertises sensitivity and compassion,her staff severely lacked in this area.

Very clean and sanitary, decor is lovely! Dr Collins is amazing, so sweet and sympathetic to our furry boy. She worked with us to help make Roxis better and honestly made the heart wrenching experience much more easy.
She is a blessing and I would recommend her to everyone that is looking for a safe, responsible and caring vet.

I cannot begin to thank Dr. Christina Collins and her very professional staff for their assistance in sparing my senior Catahoula any further pain and suffering. Although it was a weekend, I had no previous interaction with All Pets Clinic and I needed an appointment the same morning I called, there was no hesitation whatsoever on their part in scheduling immediately. Everyone was very helpful, kind, courteous and professional making a very difficult decision much easier on both dog and human companion. Many, many thanks to all!

We have used this Vet since moving to Ocala in 1999. Many pets. Very happy and never an issue. Like the new Vet, Dr. Collins, but a couple of her staff are totally incompetent and rude. Today, I'm done. Talked to Dr. Collins before but she does not care how ignorant and rude the staff is. It isn't like we are getting great care. Fortunately there are other Vet's in the area. Sorry to see Dr. Billiard left.

This is the only place I will ever take my pets. The veterinarian, Dr. Christina Collins, loves my two guinea pigs and cares for them as much as I do. One of my piggies came in for an ulcerated eye which was really bad and starting getting dull and glazed over. I thought he would go blind, but they prescribed an antibiotic and ointment. Great friendly people and wonderful service. Love this place! <3

I would highly recommend this clinic! I have been there a few times with our Furbaby Carter and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable!! Kelly has taken care of us and makes us feel that she truly cares for our animals !

Horrible..have a 45 year old parrot in heart failure and was denied being seen because the vet was busy with appointments. I'm sure if she knew that she wouldn't be too happy her up front employees didn't even ask her. I'm a cvt myself and emergencies come first. People are understanding enough to know a vaccine isn't life or death. Unfortunately my bird now has to face death. Found a great clinic in citrus county who took her in and did what they could. Even paid a daytime emergency fee. The compassion from the staff was great bc that's how I treat my client's animals.. it sucks to know others in the field don't feel the same way.

I can't say I "hate" this clinic. I've been using it off and on for years when I'm in Ocala. (I live in Georgia most of the year). However, something happened today that sounds very similar to another person's post a year ago. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since I left the clinic today. I'm appalled and saddened. While I was in the office buying flea and tick prevention meds for my dogs, a woman brought in a sick kitten and asked if the kitten could be seen without an appointment. It was then 5:00 and the office wasn't scheduled to close until 6:00. The woman was told that the kitten could not be seen without an appointment but that she could make an appointment for next week (even though the office is open tomorrow - but I guess they were booked) or she could take the kitten to the emergency clinic in Ocala and gave her the address and phone number. My first thought was that the woman might not be able to pay what the emergency clinic charges and that the cat was not going to make it until next week's appointment at All Pets. It was lethargic and had been vomiting and having seizures. Since when, during office hours, can a veterinary clinic not work in a sick animal? I have never seen a sick animal turned away from any other vet's office, even at closing time - and it wasn't closing time. The woman at the front desk did not even leave the desk to ask Suzanne if she could see the kitten. I wonder if Suzanne would have turned it away. A year ago, Suzanne responded to that post by saying she would make sure that communication improved between her staff and her. I think this issue needs to be re-addressed - unless it really is a hard and fast policy that no animal can be seen without an appointment, even a sick animal. Tomorrow I will be returning the products I bought there today.

Just brought my dog in for the first time and they were very caring and compassionate! Will be bringing all MY pets to All Pets!

Dr. Billiar is professional, friendly and very helpful - everything I could ever want in a vet taking care of my animals. She is very experienced.

Dr. Collins and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They have done such an amazing job caring for my ferrets and cats. They treat them like their own furfamily. And that is amazing!! I have been dealing with 2 pets, one cat and one ferret who had eye injuries. Dr. Collins did a wonderful job removing my ferret's eye and making him comfortable through the healing process. And after 2 weeks he has healed beautifully! And my cat Blu will be able to keep his eye thanks to her! Special shout-out to Dr. Collins, Jackie, Mandi, Gabby, Johanna and all the staff! (Those are just who I dealt with the most). Thank you all again!

I take my two dogs here and it's the only place I recommend in Ocala. Dr. Christina Collins is super sweet, down to earth, and understanding. Her whole team is welcoming, polite and friendly to you and your dog. They do not take advantage of you. I'm happy I found this vet! Also, I love that I can email them for appointments and refill, super convenient!

It's hard to find someone who can see exotics and know what they're talking about, so it's nice that we're able to take our exotics here and know we're receiving great care.

Dr Collins is the best vet ever. She has treated my pets many times, and she has always been loving with them all. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Staff are all professional and courteous. Dr. Collins has an extraordinary background; Ocala is fortunate that she chose to practice here. Appointment was on time. She was extremely thorough. She gave me a detailed explanation of everything she was doing and why. She was in no rush and gave me more than ample time to ask questions which she answered very patiently and with detail. She is an animal lover and it shows. She operated on my 5 lb. poodle without complication. Her fees are in-line with the area and the clinic is well maintained. I highly recommend this facility. Go there with confidence. And relax. Your furry friend is in excellent hands! Thank you Dr. Collins!

I bring my Standard Poodle "Cher" to All Pets Clinic. I love the fact that I can have her healthcare needs (she loves Dr. Billiar, most importantly Dr. Billiar loves her!), her grooming needs (she loves Tammy, she makes her look so Fancy!) and when I get out of town I fell comfortable leaving her in good hands! If you are looking for a great Clinic I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much to all the staff for taking care of my "family member" especially the front office staff for keeping me informed about what She is do for!

This is my first time bringing Athena there. The staff was very awesome. They baby my girl! Glad I decided to take her there. I have a new vet! Yay

We left our chihuahua at this clinic for a week and she was returned to us with all her four paws peeled and bloody and no one from the clinic told us anything about it. Her heart medicine was not given properly either (we counted the pills when we dropped her off) When we told the manager the next day, he didn't seemed like he care at all and didn't apologized. My dog could hardly walked when we got home and she was so weak. We took her to her vet then and they couldn't believe it and they said that they will not recommend them anymore. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone. Awful.

I've utilized them numerous times and my RAMBO is a mix breed Male dog and seems to like staying overnight. Thank you all for your love for pets and their owners.

Dr. Billiar had to put my pet down and she couldn't have been more concerned. She was very kind and comforting during this hard time for me. We have gone to All Pets Clinic for years and have been very happy with her services overall. Dr. Billiar is a very compassionate and caring Veterinarian, highly recommended.

Dr. Billiar is the best vet in town. She just moved into a new building and it's beautiful, much nicer than her old place! The service and care my pet receives here is second to none.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff has been nothing less than wonderful anytime I ve called, they have gone out of their way to help me and make me feel comfortable, they have really taken such good care of my bunny and they treat her like she s family. After coming here, I will never go to another vet again. They have been doing this curbside pick up and drop off due to the COVID virus and after asking to meet the doctor, Dr. Collins came outside to meet me before my little girls surgery. I would highly recommend this place over anyone else! I called around for prices to have my bunny fixed and got no less than 500-700 dollars, All Pets charged 278 which included pain meds, I just cannot say enough good things about this place!

These people actually care about animals more than money. Not only did they help they did more than anybody I've ever seen.
