It was a very sad day for my daughter and i when we brought our beloved pet turtle of 21 years to consult the vet. The vet was very quick to attend to the turtle.

Even though there was nothing the vet could do beyond checking for heartbeat, i saw her compassion for animals. I am most grateful.

But i forgot to ask her what could have caused the sudden death of a perfectly healthy looking 21 year old turtle who was eating normally and swimming as usual just the day before.

Dr Beatrice Cheng is an amazing doctor. She is very patient with my hamster Hammie (and me), gave me excellent information to understand the situation and to nurse my hamster, and have a calming presence. I am so grateful I am assigned to her and I am never seeing another vet ever again. Highly recommended!

Great and awesome staff who are friendly and helpful unlike other vets like brighton who has a very negative attitude towards the clients. The vet here are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the pets get the best diagnosis unlike others who just diagnose the problem and brush u away and having charge a high price. Allpets prices are super affordable even for my big dog.

Thanks Dr. Nally for being kind, considerate, patient and understanding. It was certainly a trying moment for me. It is not an easy decision to let go of the one you love so much. You have been there patiently waiting for me to make the right move. Stripe has been tough till the very end which made my decision making harder. But we eventually has to face the reality. Thanks to the staff too for their exemplary conduct.

My mum brought her cat who is not eating well in Jun and was told to leave the consultation room. When my mum is finally asked to go in they said they need to extract the cat's tooth. A month after the extraction, the cat is still not eating, her tongue stuck out and not able to retract back. Bought to a different vet clinic and the doc said it might be due to rough handling during the tooth extraction, causing jaw dislocation. In fact this cat had a tumour in her mouth and not sure why this clinic extracted her tooth instead. 3 months after the visit to this clinic, she has passed on today. No accountability from this clinic and i don't understand why they don't allow pet owner in the consultation room. Fees are so expensive too!
