If I could do 0 stars I would. This lot has gotten worse every year. I have parked here for 15 years for Vikings games. Tonight we didn't move for over 40 minutes because each person has to turn in 2 tickets to exit. Are you kidding me?! With a full ramp leaving a game? I will be changing my parking spot.
My vikings parking and they are staffed for the events but its sorta like herding cats. good job ladies and gentlemen.
Parking stalls are adequate. Angle of incline going between levels is stellar. Technology used is good. Lost a star because they allow skateboarders to park their boards in handicap spots.
The best, biggest little company in the parking game as fast as downtown Minneapolis and to a lesser extent St. Paul is concerned.
$7 for 30 minutes to pick up a patient, this is scalping at it's worst. It's not bad enough you have an emergency, but then you have these clowns rip you off while you're already having medical problems. It takes 10 minutes to find a place to park, 10 minutes try to find your way out. Even the people that work there can give you directions.One star is too high. It wouldn't let me post this without a star.
After having to deal with your company for the first time, I now make an effort to park anywhere but in your ramp. The on-site guys were complete idiots. Maybe because they're were teenagers. The people on the phone act clueless. Only their managers seem to understand basic English. Your freaking letterhead even has errors.
Location is great but can't get out after a vikings game.
I park in HCGC underground parking manage by this company. Upon leaving and after inserting a $20 dollar bill my ticket and paying my $4 charge for 1 hour of parking, the frecking machine only gave $5 dollars change back which means I was due $11 dollars more, so it says see attendant, well apparently the Somali attendant did have a clue about he was suppose to refund cash if machine fails. So to make a long story short it s been a month now and numerous calls to this sham company allied parking, and this Carlos some manager who suppose to give me my refund, I have yet to receive a penny. I will take this matter to the attorney general and the city of minnieapolis council. This is just ridiculous a company stealing money from customers. I personally would tell anyone if the parking is managed by this company please spare yourself the anguish and park somewhere decent. They are not reputable
I park there on vikings game days and i think they are doing an awesome job. Even though we have waited over 40 minutes, i see its really the drivers and uncontrolled traffic and of course the light is at the corner. They are standing in the freezing cold to help people get out. When u finally get to the exit u can clearly c that the workers are working fast and are friendly. Its also a easy process..drop tickets in box and keep driving.
